In the Bible is known as “The Field of Blood”, where Judas killed himself after betraying Jesus (that’s why it’s a Judas unlock) It was also used to bury victims from the “hospital” run by the Christians during the period of the Crusades (maybe that’s why the icon resemble human guts? “The item say “spill your guts”)

Don't really think that it gets anywhere above 6, as it is pretty mediocre (in practice, not designing conception) to me. Chasing enemies are more or less just sidekicks for ranged enemies now, and this don't really helps positioning while facing both. Also, it has to be flailed around in a similar manner of Guppy's hairball if you really need it for damage output. It does have a few cool and broken synergies though. 5 to 5.5 in my view, mostly because the treasure room pool is too wide
Sounds about right for something that needs synergies to be noticeably good or is just sort of meh unless you get specific enemies to counter that give chase in a simple pattern like a globin. Even green flies can make it look lack luster if you don't have good enough speed to reposition constantly when they sidestep it. I mean, it can be good if your quick and constantly like weaving into danger to give damage, but if your build isn't geared toward that it will probably be more work to make it work well than just letting it mindlessly follow you and hope it strikes something.
To clarify: Mother, AKA The Witness is the green mass of sinew found at the end of the corpse, one of the new paths in Repentance. The one with the knife miniquest.

Although it is a continuation of Dogma's fight, you do defeat Dogma (both phases), and if you don't kill The Beast on sequence, it serves no purpose. For instance, if you have 9 Lives and die during any of Dogma's two stages, it gets you back on the last Home room and you have to restart the battle; on the other hand, if you die on The Beast fight, it revives you on the same place and you don't have to start it over.
Can we delete gnawed leaf already? Useless item whose only purpose is to carry a run by being afk. That's not a good thing to have in the game. Either delete it or rework it, maybe drastically lower the time needed for invulnerability but it just lasts 2 seconds.

It doesnt get detached easily like in antibirth anymore which is an improvement

You might be confusing Mom with Mother (which is understandable). Mother is a new final boss added in Repentance
