How exactly is this item underrated? It is literally just a poor man's version of dad's key. I will admit it's more interesting but it isn't really all that useful.
The fact that enemies can drop some pickups is a nice feature but I generally wouldn't rely on it to get myself some money as that key already cost me 15c.
There's nothing about it that's really stands out.

To be fair, it's also a bulk discount on keys even if you switch back to your previous activated item immediately. Remote Detonator can also be used this. Special mention if you're Isaac, as you can then reroll the now-pedestal and get whatever item you would have rerolled it into for free.

This is my go-to item to skip the alt floors on Mother runs since Im not fond of many enemies there, what I will never understand is why this item can open the Corpse door but Mom's Knife cannot, considering the actual item to open it is... a KNIFE (Plus in Antibirth Mom's Knife worked). Great video! I didn't know a ton of the other things it does :D

It was only until today, hours prior to the video, that I checked the wiki page and see that it can make enemies spawn chest contents on death.
I really, REALLY want to have a run with this now.
But judging from all the info, interactions and synergies on the wiki(especially with trinkets!), I'll say in good faith that this is good.
