I really think he sold an idea to her about what they can possibly do with the money should she resign. She resigned, gave him the money and realised that she got the short end of the stick. It happened to my aunt. A whole dentist left her job and gave money to her husband "to start a business". The guy took the money, moved to another country, leaving her high and dry in New Zealand. My aunt went into depression and couldn't return to work. She nearly lost her home. Thank goodness we were around to help her and now she's back on her feet.

They're abusing us at court,one maintance officer said he'll clap me at Rustenburg magistrate court,he even told me that I will never get such amount of money till today and lastime whn I was there it was around Oct 2018.Few weeks later that I was told my docket is missing and they will call me till todate never😭😭😭

My apologies for the slow pace of investigation of ur case & Investigative Officer(I/O) lack of knowledge. This is one of the easiest cases to solve. It is the duty of I/O to obtsin those documents from the said institution where funds were hidden. Pse approach the Branch Commander where case was opened & the Senior Public Prosecutor (District Court) whrere the case was & ask him/her to assist the IO in getting the said documents. U may also approach Legal Aid Board nearby( Court may assist iro where these offices are. U may also approach LEGAL AID CLINIC of sny university where they teach Law for Legal Advice & Legal Representation. ALL THE BEST.

In every court of south Africa there's a maintenance investigator, and a maintenance officer who are responsible for investigating anyone who is responsible for paying the maintenance for the children, please if ever you find a lawyer he or she will meet with the officer of the maintenance court and sort out the problem.

Without sounding judgmental, i can never understand why women would sacrifice their livelihoods for men, i can't wrap my head around it. As for sharing pension fund. Bathong. And anyway we move funds privately all the time when we change jobs, nothing wrong with that, except in government. But that was supposed to be attached with the divorce stuff.
