Thank you for this dinner idea! I tried this recipe tonight and paired it with braised pork belly and stir fried napa cabbage with carrots. My family scarfed it down. I literally haven’t seen my kids eat this much food in a long time! 😋 Love your other recipes too! 💕
Thank you. I just threw out some old scallions because I failed to cut them when they were not seeding. I got the seeds. I felt so bad but NOW....This is what I am gonna do. You rock girl. THANK YOU!
That looks so yummy! Will definitely try this soon. As a someone starting to learn how to cook, it would be so helpful if you could show the food a bit more. You’re absolutely lovely, but I do wish I could see more of the food doneness throughout and how it’s supposed to look like step by step! 💗
I love to have scallion oil noodles (蔥油拌麵) in Taiwanese restaurants in HK and when traveling to Taiwan, it tastes so delicious, that the smell of the scallions are strong before, after and when serving.🍜💖
For as picky as I am, I love your videos just because everything looks so good. This is one of the ones that will be going into a list to consider later. Trying to figure out if this would be something my family might like... mostly because I don't really cook much (I've only ever made boxed stuff) so I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable attempting this on my own without someone showing me. I'd rather have someone more experienced in cooking next to me showing me things to watch for.
@@angelwongskitchen I made this for lunch today, using fresh scallions from my garden. 100% recommended. It took a bit longer to get going than suggested, but the taste was great! I'm out of dark soy (just got rid of the last I had a couple of weeks ago) so I substituted a very small amount of oyster sauce. Thanks again!
Thank you again Angel, again your video always make it so clear and easy to follow compare to many others. Been wanting to try this (with my fav. pork belly or drum stick LOL )😷👍💕
i got the Soho Lychee liquor to make the drink from other video but just ended up drinking shots of it straight instead. good stuff like candy! haha🤣😁😎😘
So yummy looking. I love your flatten chicken recipe. I make it quite often. Now, I will make this scallion oil noodles! Thank you. I thoroughly enjoy your videos!!!
I am a new subscriber i love Taiwanese food most especially the street food. Work in twn before and I miss going back there. I like the people the weather as well.
Since it's served over hot noodles, you don't need to reheat the oil/sauce. It's only a small amount you're using so it will heat up when it's mixed with the noodles.
Wow! Love your videos! I am looking to buy an excellent camera for food photos and videos for my blog. PLease le me now if there is a great camera that does both that you can recommend :-)

Hello Cindy 👋
How are you doing?
It just needs some chili peppers for me, and it would be purrrfect for me!! Off to get green onions now!!!
Totally could use some chili peppers for a nice kick :)
I just discovered this beautifully produced and photographed video. April is wonderful, too. I’m definitely going to make this dish.

Beautiful presentation.
Saving my life!!!!
Nice recipe, I would suggest wearing an apron for making this recipe though. I got oil on my shirt and I had to get it dry cleaned to get it off
:( yes probably wise to wear an apron for this one
@@angelwongskitchen The downside of looking good for the camera :P

Omg 😱 I never thought about trying it just straight with shots. Still at least save some for the lychee martini 🍸 😂

Looks delicious 😋
What to do if I want to make a large portion? Do I double the ingredients and oil? Last time I tried it it doesn't taste the same. Any advice

Hello came here from FEATR channel 😊
Hello & welcome! :)
New to your site, love you both! Can you tell me the difference between light & dark soy sauce? Thx.
I ❤️scallion noodles. I grew up eating this dish as a kid so it’s very nastalgic
Sadness is when she sliced open that egg and that thing was well done.
I know! I like my eggs a bit runny. 😅 It's what happens when you're filming and trying to make the food look good at the same time.
After watching FEATR Im here to subscribe
Welcome!
More videos pls
Yummy 😋
Look yummy! 😋👍👍👍😘
👍
Yummy! 👍👍👍
I just made this and it was delicious! Thanks Angel!
Hi, can I used diff type of oil? Coconut/Olive for health reason? Thanks
Sure, you could use olive oil instead on lower heat (just know that you will taste the olive oil).
Hi, where did you get the stainless steel pot that you boiled the noodles in?
I bought mine online here. It’s a Japanese brand called Yoshikawa amzn.to/3tAilag
What brand of noodles you use?
HTY Brand Noodles :)
Hehe you’re so pretty!!!
Where is your oil dispenser with the white top from?? I love the look!
It's discontinued now (from Crate & Barrel). :(
Can you use regular soya sauce?
Yes!
Substitute of scallions?
Yellow onions :)
❤️❤️❤️
How do you reheat the extra oil that you can store in the fridge?
Since it's served over hot noodles, you don't need to reheat the oil/sauce. It's only a small amount you're using so it will heat up when it's mixed with the noodles.
