I just want yo ask if resuming the exercises again after more than two years of stopping can give any effect? I hope we will find an effect doctor 🙏 And also if you have any suggestions I will be grateful 🙏

Sir am Gautam (27 yr) been in this BPI situation since 2012. Had gone under various surgeries and am now out of hope. No positive signs are been shown right now.
I have brachial plexus injury now coz of motorcycle accident, this my injury it takes 3months now my hand had extremely pain like burning sensation and numbness. And my top of my hand get swelling. What should i do now for home treatment
