A shared mission of love

In preparation for a surgical outreach with the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation Transformative Leadership Institute, the Tzu Chi Eye Center organized a free laboratory and diagnostic tests day for shortlisted patient-beneficiaries. Subic Bay Centennial Lions Club's Second Vice District Governor Tess Pronto Endaya supported the program by deploying a mobile clinic and a team from her medical facility, the Lab1 Medical and Diagnostic Center, to provide blood tests namely Complete Blood Count (CBC), Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), and diagnostic procedures Electrocardiogram (ECG), and X-ray to 111 patients.
