Definately.
For anyone who might be like me, not familiar with Pixlr, you have to select the 2nd option and then hit allow. The first option, pilxr x, is what comes up with the link provided (and b/c i've never used Pixlr, if you've used Pixlr editor before you will go directly there) is NOT the correct Pixlr to follow this tutorial! Hope that helps, i was totally lost at first and thought the video was out of date lol Not the case, great step by step instructions, once you've selected the correct Pixlr!!!

Simply wait for a few minutes and they will show up in your list.
I was going crazy at first wondering why the fonts were not showing up in my list
even after restarting browser and then my computer.
I was stressed out about it so I went outside to smoke a cigarette and by the time
I came back in the house and opened the font list they were all magically there!
Apparently they do not install instantly even though you feel like they do since the
install box only turns grey and nothing else after clicking it.
Please like so everyone else with this issue doesn't end up with a knot in their neck
from stressing out the same way I did! 🤣😂

Oh man.... when I try to get my background layer underneath my layer 2 the background just disappears... help...
Edit: all you have to do is to make a new layer for the black rectangles, then put the backround under layer 2
