    Dont need any special skills?? this is a master class, look at the quality of your work, it includes skills in concreting, bricklaying, tiling, understanding thermo dynamics, this is not two clay garden pots put together to make an oven. Very impressive.

    Wow, I enjoyed your beautiful design of tandoo r. Like all the comments, excellent job😊
    I have few questions, how cook you clean the ashes? I did see an exit from bottom part for cleaning?. You had an opening with tube support, Is that for venting? It would have been nice to allow for a gas burner accomidation, so that you can cook with gas and also , if needed, to add some wood chips for smoking flavor az necessary. It would have been also nice to add steel rods or gril insert for smoking meats and for pots to make soups of all kind. Overall, great work as vasic as it can be a nd well indulated to maintain heat. Again, well done bro...God bless1👍❤

    Great build but one question. Why the crushed glass? If you've ever had single pane glass windows you'll know they do not insulate well. I wouldn't drink from a glass coffee mug if it was hot. I'm just confused I guess on the insulative properties of glass, especially compared to a fireblanket it seems non essential.

    • @DanielDemir
      @DanielDemir  3 месяца назад +1

      It’s a very old technique to insulate the oven floors. It’s still used in many countries. Yes it’s 8 times less insulates than carbon slicade boards.

      Use lime instead of cemet to clad the bricks and you'll be just fine.

    Great video, best on YT. Just one question, the yellow angle wedges you used on the last row, what was the angle there? Thanks very much.

    Inspiring build, great work!
    Apologies if this has already been asked and answered, but what’s the reason for the broken glass on top of the thermal blanket, in the base of the tandoor?

    Great craftsmanship, obsession with perfection. One issue - the bottom vent is not practical, as wont be able to clean ash. I would have removed the metal gutter and left it as a side chimney the way he boxed it. That way, it can serve as both an air draw while making it easier to rake ashes straight out.

      It’s definitely a great advice. You can use a dust pan and broom to clean up now and will work absolutely perfectly.

      It depends on how many hours you work each day. You can finish it in as little as 3 days.
