Stan "The Man" was a superstar who did not act like one. A man who gave his autograph or have a picture taken without complaint. There are not too many baseball players like him who was close to the fans. A true and genuine legend who would be sorely missed.
My God....will there ever be another like this man? The pigs that disgraced the game; Clemens, Bonds, ARod...and the rest of that pathetic lot should never ever be mentioned in the same breath as this man....these disgusting and disgraced pigs aren't worthy to even lace his shoes let alone be allowed to look him in the eye. That is how I would feel.....but this beautiful man would forgive them and embrace them and that is the lesson of forgiveness he would try to teach us all. You are the man
I hate the Cardinals. and he retired at the time I was born. But when people that know the game talk about Stan Musial, a hush comes over them..He was. that. good. I wish he was ours
One of the last of the greats.

I'll miss the sound of that harmonica playing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame". Stan the Man we'll miss you. Opening Days in St. Louis won't be the same.
It was a thrill to meet Stan in '99. Truly, a great human being.
I love and miss you stan! Nicest guy to ever play the game! Let's go Cardinals!!!!
RIP Stan. Very beautiful playing
That was great...
What a guy! We hated him in NY--he killed us--but we loved him.
Heck it was the NY Giants who gave him that name. "There goes that man."
RIP to the greatest man in baseball history.

Cubs fan
Jimmy sharp That's funny, lol
You could be a grown man, retired with kids......but when Stan the man starts playing Harmonica, were all children again singing at a ball game
well, now stan is gone. RIP. It just seems sadder when a baseball player dies because they were part of the American pastime.
RIP.
I'm sorry, but did Stan fart at 0:21. Look at the guy sitting just to the side of him and his reaction. 😃

Stan was a better player than Joe Dimaggio but didn't get the hype because he didn't play in New York. Check out the stats.
Yeah, I'd take Stan over Joe any day.
He is missed
