AutoCAD How to Scale a Picture

In this video, I go through the scale command using the reference option - useful to scale an image down or up to be accurate.
This technique can be helpful for images of furniture, existing features are details in a space, even for scaling Google Maps Satellite views for site plans!

why do i measure the image if its exactly wht ive tiype it to be it shows me a lot of numbers ? sorry im new to this and wanted to try but the numbers on the distance dont much on the exact measuremt it has a lot of numbers in it
