Koga S tier is very hard to believe. Yumi just a jobber and a fighter of questionable strength. Would be extremely shocked if Koga is stronger than Cosmo.

Sandro likes to shit on his villains plus we got that whole weird arc of Koga beating Xia ji but Xia ji giving both Akoya and Ryuki a tough time by himself. Very wonky scaling and just feels like Koga is being fed jobbers rather than actual high level fighters.
