I thought I was so cool but now I just shudder at that thought Came back to revisit this game recently though. It's really solid. Easily best out of the original trilogy. And of course when I got to KingMan, and I beat his ass. I yelled... *CHECKMATE!*
I think it reflects alot of the key themes of the series. From the beginning, Megaman games have been about getting stronger. Megaman can set the world right, but he's incomplete, and must fight robot masters to gain powers and become a unified whole. We can relate to this because of Megaman's goal: Megaman wants to become as strong as Protoman. Just as X looked up to Zero. Everything Megaman does is building up to this fight. He's tense, but ready. You can see the conviction in his eyes.
Way stronger when you fight Copyman as Gutsman B. I remember going against him for the first time on emulator 2 years ago that I had to us metal stage. I didn't expect that.
This, along with Nebula Gray, are BY FAR AND AWAY the most epic tracks in all of battle network. I love this series. GIMME BATTLE NETWORK COLLECTION ALREADY
One of the best battle network theme ever! I could listen to this for hours and still be rocking on. I once played the game so often the cartridge worn out and my gba has the battle grid imprinted to the screen. I was GRINDING bug fragsXD
The amount of batteries I went through leaving my GBA on whilst listening to so many game songs, this one included must have been a lot. This series though just like all of Mega Man had some truly great music but this one was always a huge highlight for me. It's really epic sounding for what I think were just tournament fights but still, so damn awesome to listen to.
This theme should have played during the omega Navi battles. That way you get to fight every boss in the game to this music at least once! (Minus punk and Alpha of course since punk isn’t a main boss in the game and alpha has his own unique battle theme)
Zero, you truly are a legend for this. I hated how one of the best BN3 themes was only 1:30 long. For putting up this extended theme, I award you 5 internets, and a cookie. xD If I could give out internets that is.

@@Alouette_EXE frickin hated BN4. I couldn't damage any of the Darkloids without using a Dark Chip, and those stupid things ate away at your HP total everytime you used them. Most battles were just me running around the field trying not to DIE. And if course getting stick in Sharp without anymore fire element chips. I literally couldn't go anywhere to get more.

That sounds like a plan as well. I was trying to wait until Plan-B so I could use my MetaGels and start attacking with chips aside from long ranges and the charge shot. (I have HeatBug and the flamethrower was pretty helpful.) Been replaying the game recently, y'know.
