  • Chai-Spiced Breakfast Quinoa with Berries
    This is the original recipe:
    2 cups Quinoa
    5 cups Filtered water
    1/4 cup of Maple syrup or Honey
    2-3 Tbsp Butter or Coconut oil
    2 teaspoons minced fresh Ginger
    1 tsp Ground Cardamom
    1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground Cloves
    1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 cup Full-fat Coconut milk or Half-and-Half
    2 cups Berries
    Honey
    I modified the recipe to my taste. I used less ginger, cardamom and used whole cloves. Also, I added more salt.
