Still a vacuous empty space, this time filled with high price garbage. Preferred the old st James at least it was honest. What is with the coil at the top?
It depends. According to many, the old St James Centre that stood here before was quite a horrid looking building both inside and out. This seems to be an improvement and is enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. It's not perfect but I personally think it's a big improvement to the area.
@@PassingStrangerOfficial Both you and OP are correct. The city is gradually being destroyed by these modern buildings that are completely out of character with the historical city. But the building that was here before and certainly more disgusting than this one.
Those bigger shopping centres can be soulless and disorientating, walking round in circles trying to find places where you can afford "to look"...but it seems to be all we've got now. Good to see where I can avoid, thanks.
St James Quarter was nick named Bunker Hill , because it was open at the same time as the battle of Bunker Hill, (Breed's Hill) 1775
This is what Liverpool one should be 🥹

Look like 80-s in europe
Apparently those horrible places are the same all over the world, and they destroy beautiful places to build them.
