In today's video I'm showing you guys how I used castor oil for 30 days for hair growth. My hair is in that awkward stage where it's not super long but it's not super short (I'm currently trying to grow out my hair). I know I need a trim because my split ends are pretty bad, but I wanted to try growing it out a bit more before I trimmed it. To help my hair grow fast, I decided to try castor oil. Castor oil is supposed to be amazing for hair growth. After 30 days, I can agree that it has definitely helped my hair grow! My hair fall has decreased and I'm seeing new hair growth because of these things:
1. oil once or twice a week and leave it on for at least 1 hour.
2. Shampoo your hair twice/once a week and condition accordingly.
3. Use Reactivate hair serum serum of littlelextraa daily.
4. Regularly cut your hair at a specific period, such as once a month or twice.
5. Avoid checking at your hair for weeks and so.
6. Don't taking any stress.

Castor oil does actually work. I've use it on my eyelashes and have seen a difference. Same thing with my eyebrows. Were so thin and now look fuller.

My hair is pretty much the same length as hers and I feel that my hair is kinda "medium length ". People always tell me that my hair is really long and I just don't see it ':) I think it's because when I was a kid I always had longer hair, half way between my bust to my waist, then I shaved it 2 and a half years ago and I'm always thinking ahead of my goal

I felt this so hard because I cut my bangs a few weeks ago during quarantine and now I just want to grow them out :(( but for now, there’s a lot of cute hairstyles you can do to hide them or make them look better!! I have thick wavy hair and I used olive, castor and coconut oil as a base, got my hair to my waist. You can also add aloe vera, mayonnaise, cinnamon, egg yolk to the mask for added benefits!

Is there ANY videos out there that shows someone with short, thin hair who has actually gotten results? I only ever see videos of people who already have lovely hair!!
I have naturally thick hair on my scalp but I did use jamaican black castor oil on my lashes and made such a huge difference its amazing,my lashes were way more thicker and longer within a couple of weeks and I'm pretty sure it would work the same for the hair on your head too. I also feel like using jamaican black castor oil specifically makes a difference too x.

Castor oil, coconut oil, and vitamin E oil (from the capsule) mixed together is what I’ve been using and GIRLLLL TRUST ME IT WORKS!!! My hair used to be to my shoulders until I started using this. Now it’s almost to my hips 💀it’s almost a year and a half since I’ve been using this and I’m not disappointed ‼️
I do the inversion method for a week every month but one thing PLZ be careful doing the inversion method at first my dumb ass didn’t listen to what they had to say but now I know why 🤦🏻♀️

@@lizbaden I wouldn't say this helps with volume necessarily. However, it does make your hair healthier- so if you're hair is naturally voluminous, it may bring out the volume. But it doesn't just make everyone's hair voluminous.

No it’s not. Conditioners do not make hair grow faster. What you eat, like a vegan diet goes straight to your hair roots and nourishes them. It’s what you eat to supply the follicle with vitamins, not the external products that sit on dry hair.
I mix castor oil with coconut oil as both hold amazing hair benefits. I drench it in my hair with the mix and massage my scalp with the oil for ages. It’s definitely making a huge difference. I’m doing it every 3-5 days. Also I’ve stopped hot tools completely. Yes, your hair will grow but your ends will snap from the heat. Use gel/hair spray/product to style if you can. Avoid heat completely.

TIP! Put it in cup, and put the cup into another one filled with hot water. This way you'll warm the oil and it will be easier to apply

Eat a lot of tofu, ur hair will get so strong and strands thick! I used to work for a big hair company and tofu strengthens hair, fills it with protein which ur hair needs.
It what u put inside your body more than on outside. Castor oil may help eyelashes I’ve heard, but a vegan raw diet is super healthy for hair growth!

I actually massage shampoo in to my hair dry before stepping in the shower, that breaks up the oils right away and I dont have to shampoo twice ♡

Split ends are unfixable, you can't glue them back with any product, you just need to trim them before they move higher and snap

Yup. There are products that might appear to make the split ends “stick“ together and “repair them“… They are not repaired. The only way to repair split ends is 💇🏻♀️.
Don’t wait too long, your ends will only continue to split further up the hair shaft. I have done this, and ended up losing several inches of hair in order to completely get rid of them and get to healthy ends.

Castor oil is a staple in my hair care routine! It works for brows and lashes as well! I also 100% recommend using neocell brand collagen plus vitamin c supplements! They changed my life! In October I noticed how much hair I lost after stopping hair growth injections. I stopped in July. By October, my top was about bald. Lost all my long hair!! Picked up Aragon oil and castor oil. I always thought it was a myth that this stuff makes your hair grow but recently I’ve been very consistent with it. My edges got thin around my temples and I’ve been massaging this stuff in my edges about every other day, it’s been 3 weeks and my edges are thick again!!

I love how authentic you are.
My own hair growth success story i followed below, as i think just oiling is not enough if you want deeper change and results:
1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind.
2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth.
3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough.
4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore.
5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough.
6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders.
Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too.
Stick to the regimen, i promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.

Sister Jimin-ah’s Halal life guide you are supposed to use it more than just one week , you won’t see results in just one week . It takes at least three to four weeks to start seeing results.

Professor Smoothiess leave it on. It can cause acne on some people so make sure you don’t get it on your skin outside of your eyebrows.

When I was in the military, I wore my hair in a very tight bun everyday. By the time I got out, my hair thinned and my hairline receded. A friend recommended Jamaican castor oil and I can see my baby hair growing on my hairline. It’s awesome!

I was also bullied for my red hair as a child. The kids grew up and dyed their hair red - the irony. So kids can be mean and I wish I didn't let that affect me at the time. I never coloured my hair, but in my late teens/early 20s got to really appreciate and love it. I'm getting white hairs now so love your hair colour whilst you have it ❤
itll help your hair grow healthier and help (keyword:) promote hair growth.. it also depends on your genes and how fast your hair grows naturally. im not a professional, but i have been struggling with my hair since i can remember, and this stands to be true for me.
My hair grows 4 inches per month when I use castor oil on my scalp daily. I know it’s not scientifically proven, however, it works for me. Keep in my mind, that hair is known for only growing half an inch per month.
Do you heat up the oil or just put it on directly? Also, how soon after do you wash it out after applying and do you apply it after a shower or a few days after washing your hair? That’s so encouraging to hear.

Rosemary promotes hair growth..I mix Rosemary, Castor and sweet almond oil in a dropper bottle. I apply the drops on my scalp with dropper then i massage in with a small massager that has fingers. Then I'll use my fingers.
be sure to use with carrier oil like almond oil if you're applying to ends for split ends or else the thickness of the oil will do the opposite (break it off!).

I've used it with my lashes and eyebrows and it worked wonders
I have heard that if it is ingested, it reacts strongly with alcohol. I know a lady that put just a bit in her husband's food, and he was fine. He only had a strong side affect whenever he started drinking, and it would make him vomit uncontrollably. She never told him what she was doing. He just thought his body couldn't handle the alcohol anymore, and it encouraged him to get help for his alcoholism.

I have used this 6 months. And I DO DRINK 1 teaspoon of this in my tea every morning. I have not had my hair cut or even trimmed in 6 months. And I do NOT have even a split end. And Do NOT use the potty more than usual! My hair is baby fine and now is much thicker and is growing but not at a extremely quick time, I think! You can grow bangs with castor oil, it's the best for receding hairline and alopecia. As soon as I stop taking collagen and using castor oil, my hair quality suffers even though I don't colour or use heat. For those of you who don't have 12-24 hours worth of patience, try the 8 hour cap + hat or turban method. Applied heat makes the world of difference. If you wash your hair frequently, castor oil pre-shampoo is a must. To speed up hair growth, cut castor oil in half with nigella sativa oil. Definitely say YES to this challenge, you'll see what your hair, brows and lashes were really meant to be!

@@xxxshivanixxx depending on the length of your torso, mid back to hips may take roughly a year or less. Eat more methi, okra, arugula, cucumbers, melons, bitter melon is especially great. Bitter melon can be used to make hair oils. My favourite Indian hair routine is to exfoliate with Amla powder once a week and use either coconut oil with fenugreek seeds and kalonji in it or use kalonji alone in castor oil. It will be long before you know it ❤️

For it worked well for me, i had a damaged and thin spot on my hair and within a month or two it looked sooo much better. You should try it and if u do i hope it works! it comes in a white bottle and u can get it on amazon or a beauty supply shop.

Applied Castor Oil overnight on my hairs yesterday and washed it with a mild shampoo.

Someone asked in the comments how to grow out the hairline that is receding. Here is what I learned to help this from my own experience and from research.
Use a derma roller and castor oil on scalp/hairline. I did this over night and wrapped it in a hair net with cut up plastic bags for hairline (one for snacks). You can also tighten a scarf around the hairline with the plastic bag on hair line to keep in moisture.
I tried this castor oil and it really helps trust me
Even if u can't buy castor oil,trust me if u apply warm coconut oil ,you will see results .It takes some time but is very effective honestly
Tip: if you want more growth with this I recommend massaging the oil in your hair with your head upside down

If I may make a suggestion,
I would suggest mix it with another oil like coconut oil. I heard, because Caster Oil is so thick, you may wanna mix is with something to thin it a bit. Plus, Coconut oil also helps your hair grow.

Coconut oil didn’t helped me, whatsoever, it made my hair more dull and dry. And I bought Castor oil since it was in serum section at drugstore. I have been colouring my hair for 8 years, it’s super destroyed, I invested in expensive hair care (Kerastase nutrition line), but it didn’t helped, my hair would be super dry and kept ripping apart. After using Castor oil for month (each time I felt my hair was dry I used it and washed my hair once a week), let me tell you I don’t even need now hair mask. My hair is soooo soft, shiny.

instead of using it alome, dilute it with almond oil also very good for your hair. it softens and gives shine. to get all of it out use a acv rinse which will strenfthen and add shine to ur hair

If you mix the castor oil with a coconut oil like 1/3 castor oil and 2/3 coconut oil not only it wont grease your hair just as much (coconut oil is one of the rare oils that hair and scalp absorb easily) but also you can use it on both the scalp and the ends it give you a smooth shiny hair but also its easier to put without using a huge quantity and the results are pretty much the same because coconut oil kind of affect the growth of hair slightly

I have bleached hair (although not really all that damaged) and they have the tendency to get frizzy and dry after I wash them, applying the mixture of oils before showering really makes it more manageable and makes my hair extra soft as well 😅 they're definitely more healthy than they were 2 months ago

I just chopped my hair off and just wanted to try this for a month. I will try to update starting Monday .
Starting at 13 inches/ 33 cm.
Day 1: no difference of course.
Day 2: no difference.
Day 3: didn’t do it. But still did massage my scalp.
Day 5: It has grown a fourth of an inch
Day 6 and 7: I put it in and left it in.
I did it this week and will measure it Monday.
It’s at 14 inches.
I haven’t stopped but I am not doing it as much anymore. I will update next week and it will be the final update.

I was always known for my beautiful long hair and got my hair cut short during the first lock down. Not gonna lie the short blunt cut looked amazing on me and I was so happy with it. Then, some time passed and my hair grew out again and I decided I wanted to get the same short blunt cut like last time only this time I guess my hair dresser was having an off day or something cuz she cut my hair way too short...😭😭 I feel so insecure about it and haven't been feeling like my self cuz of it...

Ive heard whenever you use an oil product apply 1st shampoo on DRY hair then rinse because oil and water don't mix do applying the shampoo 1st on dry hair helps lift the oil. But never tried it but I might if I try this oil.
Missy Richert yesss you’ll definitely need to apply shampoo on dry hair before actually washing it out because when i used castor oil for the first time i didn’t know that and i had to apply shampoo 6 times before all the oil was washed away and obviously it’s not healthy to wash your hair that much
