10:08 From what I understand, the game treats the damage as coming from that coordinate. A few updates ago this wouldn't have mattered, but now that the screen tilts towards the source of damage, it allows for more immersion.
I'm surprised you mentioned Wattle for Minecraft news x) Although he is a great entertainer, his updates videos always miss a lot of information, especially about technical stuff, where he most of the time just quickly mentions it and that's it, or says he doesn't understand how that works and skips it... Xisuma is much better in that regards, where he mentions everything but sometimes just links more thorough explanations in the description. Slicedlime on the other hand is the goat of Minecraft News (by the way he's a Minecraft Dev, and as his news videos are very complete and informative, they've been selected as the official videos for the Minecraft Wiki). He often does two videos for bigger updates, one about every single change for most players, and one very detailed with every technical changes. But yeah, Wattles is pretty much the worst when it comes to actual information. I still enjoy watching his videos btw, as he's funny and entertaining, but he isn't informative really

Actually minecraft already implemented the camera tilt it was just bugged
