Nolan is by far my favorite filmmaker, I've always loved his ability to make profound deep films that are also fantastic action and spectacle films. It's also very rare to come across a filmmaker whos worked over 20 years without making a single bad movie. Some have been better then others, yes, but I've never seen a Nolan film I didn't think was at least good.
