This video has such an important and meaningful message. It's so nice to see what president Moon wants to achieve.This world is nice but there's people who wants only bad things to happen. President Moon Jae-in is one of those who wants peace and I hope that one day we will leave peacefully without any aggressivity. We don't need this kinda of behavior in this world. We don't need wars, we need world peace. My grandmother was young girl in WW2 she said that they got almost everything stolen by German soldiers. She said that she thought that after WW2 was done that the world will be at peace but it isn't. A lot of bombing happened in Europe, shooting in the streets and schools, September 11 2001 attacks were held etc. So many attacks that should have never happened...but at the same time it was good for one thing many people gathered together and help each other. Why some of governments are so greedy for winning over another country? Why does it has to be this way? If that vaccine KPD427 would really existed we will have peace. I wish one day we will live in peace. I'm sorry if I went off from talking about this video but I just wrote I felt.Very futuristic and scientific but very entertaining and eye catching. unfortunately that's not how the world goes, i believe in the yin and yang, Balance philosophy. When dark and light balance each other. tho it's important for the light to be more dominant. You couldn't be truly evil if you don't understand what is good, you're more like ignorant and naive. You couldn't be truly good, if you don't understand what is evil. Again you're more like ignorant or naive. That's why to achieve peace is to be more Accepting. But not too much. You must be discreet like we couldn't really accept murder and the likes. The world is a paradox it's hard to understand. But at the same time if we have all the answers in the world, we will suffer.

came here from joanday! I think the teasers takes an interesting approach to the Korean Peninsula, talking about how aggression plays as a factor of inhibiting peace. I think this provides a good insight into how much the world in this film wants to create a peaceful world using this film to act as a vessel to demonstrate the possibilities of that peaceful world when aggression is inhibited/taken away. It's also interesting how they are using sci-fi to depict a future where war has broken out once again and the repercussions of that war is due to aggression in AI. The video was well made, The set along with the graphics were well designed, however i'm not a big fan of the acting. It could have been better for all four characters. The dialogue is very also very stiff and awkward, for the asian actor I'm sure acting in another language is a factor but still his body language is too forceful. In fact everybody's body language is too forceful and produces an awkward feeling, it's the type of acting where you can tell they're trying to act the character not be the character. All in all i would mostly look up the plot to see what direction it takes and its representation of the Korean Peninsula but i would not be interested in watching it. It's interesting to see that, even though this video is a work of fiction, it really represents how Korea is the future. After all, their technological advancements play a big role in all of our lives. Plus, kpop is literally taking over the world. Also, the denuclearization process between North and South Korea is a revolution of its own. It's nice to see that after so many years of war and political struggle, countries like North and South Korea are putting aside their differences and are starting to unite together for peace. The beginning and the ending of the video left me a bit confused, but I'm willing to watch it again, learn more about it and develop a theory of mine! I swear this video made me cry from happiness. I truly feel emotional right now. This is HISTORY being made after 70 years of war between South and North Korea, and I still can't believe it. After all these years, young people like me can finally think of moving to Korea without worrying about their safety. As this video promotes and promises not only peace between the two Koreas, but also with Europe (the presence of the Pope in this made me tear up honestly) and America, I believe there's a chance for the entire world to finally gain faith and strength. This is not a simple project for sure, for it requires the Mighty's effort, sincerity, firmness of purpose and our trust in our governments, but it's totally not impossible to carry it out! If this wonderful plan came true, it would REALLY be the final victory of the humankind and a universal achievement, our greatest advantage. Please let's make this happen. personally think this video has some interesting insight in it. I am from Italy and I have studied a bit about the Korean peninsula issues (mainly concerning the DPRK) . The first thing that struck me was the association of Peace and “Vaccine”. From a young age, we are taught and explained the importance of Peace. However, between the mere (vague) concept of wanting Peace and the real action towards it, there is an enormous gap. And, it is not only important to cover the gap, but also to pay attention to the way we are closing It. So, how do we get to peace? What are the costs? And who will pay the higher price? For example, as shown in the video, in 2045 AI have been defeated, but look at the scenery the war left behind. Can we call that Peace? Should we give peace a connotation only in function to war? I don’t think so.
But, if we consider Peace as vaccine, something created by human for immunity, then we can conceive it as something tangible, than can be reached, and preserved. We can start to think about Peace not as an unchangeable given, that someone has given us to preserve in the form of a static presence. The Inter-Korean Summits, the ongoing tensions with the USA and the risk of a new global conflict coming in the way, in these past year have shown the importance of the human effort for the future of Peace in the international community. It is interesting that the name of the video is “The Origin of War”. At the end of it, I asked myself what was exactly its meaning. I might be totally wrong here, but, the way I see it, war (in a broader sense) originates from our superficial view over things. The leader decided that the vaccine would be used with AI, based of proof coming from humanity. He was questioned, but his confidence over the project got the better over the doubts of his colleague. Of course, it was successful with human beings, but it seems like its success gave people the feeling that any problem of conflicts was over. As I said, they took the concept of Peace as a granted thing because they had the vaccine. But peace needs human action to be built and needs willingness to be preserved. What President Moon in doing is just the first little step on a path that everywhere in the world should be taken. “Let’s not get over ourselves here, because this is just the beginning”; that is the message I honestly get from the whole video. I'm an italian girl, living in Italy with ivorian origin and a big passion for everything that concern culture, so I knew about this video while I was reading some random things online about the Korean situation. I tried to "decrypt" the real meaning of the video, finding out there was obviously a deeper message, which is not only for the Korean population but for the entire world, like a message that every nation that want peace in it should follow, and now I'm gonna try to explain to you: as an European citizen I always watch at South Korea like a free country, where everything is beautiful, shining and peaceful and instead North Korea a country where everything is dark,sad, with a permanent unhappy atmosphere. This is not just an exception of two countries, this is an example of how humanity, intelligence and history continue to try to change to make things better but things instead still remain the same, because we're only human, and every president, maybe with good intentions, one day will make a mistake that will fall on innocent population, and every president with bad intention will make sure that his interest are made and obviously this will fall on innocent and poor people. This is just how the world turns, but how to make it stop? With humanity using peace, cooperation, respect and intelligence! In the video it says that war between AI and humankind could be avoided, because human (clearly because of the Aggressive gene) have a predisposition to power and control over everything, so they're trying to delete it with the peaceful gene, but in this way, will the humankind be enslaved by the other kinds? like animal and natural for example; is really good thing that the aggressive gene is replaced? Every single human being has a good side and a dark side. It's just the way we are but THE THING that makes THE DIFFERENCE between us and a computer is THE SOUL. We are the lucky ones having a soul, or at least we should have it. It's so easy today to say yes to the violence, to the power..it's so easy to not to care about others...IT'S SO EASY TO LOSE OUR SOUL. I'm a young European girl so I've been very lucky cause I have never experienced the war myself but this doesn't mean I've never really cared about what had happened all over the world. Iraq, Afghanistan, Libia, Siria...Once I watched a video about a young North Korean girl desperately talking about how she escaped from North Korea, how her mom sacrified herself to save her daughter. I couldn't help but crying and crying over and over again. I imagined to be in her shoes and I really had the need to focus on my breath cause just the idea of the scene hurt me very much. I would have loved to hug that girl and take a bit of her pain. I'm a University student. I study Chinese and since I've started I really got closer and closer to Asia.Music made me get closer to Asia the most. Kpop music did the most to be honest. Since then I really got more and more interested in South and North Korea issues. When I heard about the peace between the two Korea i really didn't believe in that cause I don't think you can just wake up one day and think "I got tired and bored, I want to live in peace!". I mean, you can think of it, but can you really make it to become true like if nothing bad had happened the months before? Well I think it's a pretty hard job that needs not one, nor two people involved in it. It's not something dealing with North and South Korea, or Asia only. It must involve all over the world because this is what and how it is, ONE WORLD. I DO PRAY FOR KOREA, ASIA, THIS WORLD EVERY DAY. Dopo questa premessa volevo dire che, oltre al fatto che il regista di questo cortometraggio è un genio, il video ha aiutato molto a far capire la situazione tra le due Coree ai miei genitori. Mi è piaciuto molto l'aspetto meno divulgativo del video, sicuramente è stato originale. Solo più una cosa che mi sono scordata di dire nel primo Commento. Lo vorrei anchio un biglietto per il kpop world festival, sto imparando anche il coreano per poterci andare e solo che abito a Torino in Italia e Seul è troppo lontana e gli aerei costano troppo. Mi aspettavo di vedere un video "serio" come un documentario, e invece è una sorta di film fantascientifico e devo dire che l'idea mi piace. Si porta all'attenzione un grande problema in maniera semplice, con una comunicazione che arriva facilmente a tutti e che non annoia. Purtroppo certi argomenti spesso non vengono trattati in maniera adeguata e così si porta la popolazione a mostrare disinteresse, a girarsi dall'altra parte e far finta che il problema non sia reale, o che comunque sia così distante da loro da non doversene preoccupare. 日本から韓国はとても近くて旅行の行きやすい海外でもあって、今の日本と韓国は昔のような関係ではないので お互いの国籍を持っている人達が仲良くなったり韓国に日本人が行ったら優しく接してくれたり、日本も同じように接するようになってきて、最近ではK-POPがとても流行ってきているため、前よりももっと韓国が近く感じるような暮らしになってきました、やはりお互い旅行に行ったり来たりするのには条件的に安全でなおかつ平和な場所がいいからこそ、みんなが笑顔で居れるような国を作ろうという風に韓国の偉い方々が動いてくれているのがとても嬉しいです、韓国に旅行行くってなっても安心していけるようにもっとなったら、日本の方々がより多く利用すると思います、この動画が世界に広まって、色々な意見もあるとは思いますが 笑顔が少しでも増える世の中になったらいいですね😌

This video has such an important and meaningful message. It's so nice to see what president Moon wants to achieve.This world is nice but there's people who wants only bad things to happen. President Moon Jae-in is one of those who wants peace and I hope that one day we will leave peacefully without any aggressivity. We don't need this kinda of behavior in this world. We don't need wars, we need world peace. My grandmother was young girl in WW2 she said that they got almost everything stolen by German soldiers. She said that she thought that after WW2 was done that the world will be at peace but it isn't. A lot of bombing happened in Europe, shooting in the streets and schools, September 11 2001 attacks were held etc. So many attacks that should have never happened...but at the same time it was good for one thing many people gathered together and help each other. Why some of governments are so greedy for winning over another country? Why does it has to be this way? If that vaccine KPD427 would really existed we will have peace. I wish one day we will live in peace. I'm sorry if I went off from talking about this video but I just wrote I felt.Very futuristic and scientific but very entertaining and eye catching. I was actually interested to watch the whole thing. Glad I watched this, came from Joanday.

unfortunately that's not how the world goes, i believe in the yin and yang, Balance philosophy. When dark and light balance each other. tho it's important for the light to be more dominant. You couldn't be truly evil if you don't understand what is good, you're more like ignorant and naive. You couldn't be truly good, if you don't understand what is evil. Again you're more like ignorant or naive. That's why to achieve peace is to be more Accepting. But not too much. You must be discreet like we couldn't really accept murder and the likes. The world is a paradox it's hard to understand. But at the same time if we have all the answers in the world, we will suffer.

I think the teasers takes an interesting approach to the Korean Peninsula, talking about how aggression plays as a factor of inhibiting peace. I think this provides a good insight into how much the world in this film wants to create a peaceful world using this film to act as a vessel to demonstrate the possibilities of that peaceful world when aggression is inhibited/taken away. It's also interesting how they are using sci-fi to depict a future where war has broken out once again and the repercussions of that war is due to aggression in AI.
The video was well made, The set along with the graphics were well designed, however i'm not a big fan of the acting. It could have been better for all four characters. The dialogue is very also very stiff and awkward, for the asian actor I'm sure acting in another language is a factor but still his body language is too forceful. In fact everybody's body language is too forceful and produces an awkward feeling, it's the type of acting where you can tell they're trying to act the character not be the character. All in all i would mostly look up the plot to see what direction it takes and its representation of the Korean Peninsula but i would not be interested in watching it. And maybe because I'm a slow person but it took me a few rewatches to understand the facts given through the teaser. I hope you understand my opinions towards this video.

It's interesting to see that, even though this video is a work of fiction, it really represents how Korea is the future. After all, their technological advancements play a big role in all of our lives. Plus, kpop is literally taking over the world. Also, the denuclearization process between North and South Korea is a revolution of its own. It's nice to see that after so many years of war and political struggle, countries like North and South Korea are putting aside their differences and are starting to unite together for peace.

I like how I can see the tri-bowl in Incheon featured in this short movie. When I first saw it with my eyes, I always want it to be in the Sci-Fi movie. It's like a dream come true

The beginning and the ending of the video left me a bit confused, but I'm willing to watch it again, learn more about it and develop a theory of mine!
I swear this video made me cry from happiness. I truly feel emotional right now. This is HISTORY being made after 70 years of war between South and North Korea, and I still can't believe it. After all these years, young people like me can finally think of moving to Korea without worrying about their safety. As this video promotes and promises not only peace between the two Koreas, but also with Europe (the presence of the Pope in this made me tear up honestly) and America, I believe there's a chance for the entire world to finally gain faith and strength. This is not a simple project for sure, for it requires the Mighty's effort, sincerity, firmness of purpose and our trust in our governments, but it's totally not impossible to carry it out!
If this wonderful plan came true, it would REALLY be the final victory of the humankind and a universal achievement, our greatest advantage.

I am from Italy and I have studied a bit about the Korean peninsula issues (mainly concerning the DPRK) .
The first thing that struck me was the association of Peace and “Vaccine”. From a young age, we are taught and explained the importance of Peace. However, between the mere (vague) concept of wanting Peace and the real action towards it, there is an enormous gap. And, it is not only important to cover the gap, but also to pay attention to the way we are closing It. So, how do we get to peace? What are the costs? And who will pay the higher price? For example, as shown in the video, in 2045 AI have been defeated, but look at the scenery the war left behind. Can we call that Peace? Should we give peace a connotation only in function to war? I don’t think so.
But, if we consider Peace as vaccine, something created by human for immunity, then we can conceive it as something tangible, than can be reached, and preserved. We can start to think about Peace not as an unchangeable given, that someone has given us to preserve in the form of a static presence. The Inter-Korean Summits, the ongoing tensions with the USA and the risk of a new global conflict coming in the way, in these past year have shown the importance of the human effort for the future of Peace in the international community.
It is interesting that the name of the video is “The Origin of War”. At the end of it, I asked myself what was exactly its meaning. I might be totally wrong here, but, the way I see it, war (in a broader sense) originates from our superficial view over things. The leader decided that the vaccine would be used with AI, based of proof coming from humanity. He was questioned, but his confidence over the project got the better over the doubts of his colleague. Of course, it was successful with human beings, but it seems like its success gave people the feeling that any problem of conflicts was over. As I said, they took the concept of Peace as a granted thing because they had the vaccine. But peace needs human action to be built and needs willingness to be preserved. What President Moon in doing is just the first little step on a path that everywhere in the world should be taken. “Let’s not get over ourselves here, because this is just the beginning”; that is the message I honestly get from the whole video.

I'm an italian girl, living in Italy with ivorian origin and a big passion for everything that concern culture, so I knew about this video while I was reading some random things online about the Korean situation. I tried to "decrypt" the real meaning of the video, finding out there was obviously a deeper message, which is not only for the Korean population but for the entire world, like a message that every nation that want peace in it should follow, and now I'm gonna try to explain to you: as an European citizen I always watch at South Korea like a free country, where everything is beautiful, shining and peaceful and instead North Korea a country where everything is dark,sad, with a permanent unhappy atmosphere. This is not just an exception of two countries, this is an example of how humanity, intelligence and history continue to try to change to make things better but things instead still remain the same, because we're only human, and every president, maybe with good intentions, one day will make a mistake that will fall on innocent population, and every president with bad intention will make sure that his interest are made and obviously this will fall on innocent and poor people. This is just how the world turns, but how to make it stop? With humanity using peace, cooperation, respect and intelligence! In the video it says that war between AI and humankind could be avoided, because human (clearly because of the Aggressive gene) have a predisposition to power and control over everything, so they're trying to delete it with the peaceful gene, but in this way, will the humankind be enslaved by the other kinds? like animal and natural for example; is really good thing that the aggressive gene is replaced? Obviously this is a metaphoric and personal interpretation of the video, and maybe it was created to give a different message from mine, but this is Internet, and this is humankind where everyone have it's own mind, and it's own point of view, so try to use your own point of view when you see this video!(adjadoubleg14@gmail.com)

Trovo che questo video,oltre a essere stato fatto molto bene,abbia riportato alla realtà quella che è la situazione della Corea del Nord e della Corea del Sud. This video is incredible it looks like a science movie, the effects are very good.
On the other hand it seems a very nice short, because it makes us think about a hopeful future that is partly thanks to the peace that is now being achieved between the two Koreas, and that is a good message as I consider that we can reach a prosperous and happy future if we look for the best for all as humanity.
I always love korea .. I came here because I saw Joan Day, when I watched this video I felt I was watching a short film that contained a sophisticated technology from Korea. This video has been in Korean dramas I've watched using extraordinary technology. This video is interesting and the way it is combined with Sci-fi is really amazing and also this video talks about peace & the world needs peace. I really like this video. Every single human being has a good side and a dark side. It's just the way we are but THE THING that makes THE DIFFERENCE between us and a computer is THE SOUL. We are the lucky ones having a soul, or at least we should have it. It's so easy today to say yes to the violence, to the power..it's so easy to not to care about others...IT'S SO EASY TO LOSE OUR SOUL. I'm a young European girl so I've been very lucky cause I have never experienced the war myself but this doesn't mean I've never really cared about what had happened all over the world. Iraq, Afghanistan, Libia, Siria...Once I watched a video about a young North Korean girl desperately talking about how she escaped from North Korea, how her mom sacrified herself to save her daughter. I couldn't help but crying and crying over and over again. I imagined to be in her shoes and I really had the need to focus on my breath cause just the idea of the scene hurt me very much. I would have loved to hug that girl and take a bit of her pain. I'm a University student. I study Chinese and since I've started I really got closer and closer to Asia.Music made me get closer to Asia the most. Kpop music did the most to be honest. Since then I really got more and more interested in South and North Korea issues. When I heard about the peace between the two Korea i really didn't believe in that cause I don't think you can just wake up one day and think "I got tired and bored, I want to live in peace!". I mean, you can think of it, but can you really make it to become true like if nothing bad had happened the months before? Well I think it's a pretty hard job that needs not one, nor two people involved in it. It's not something dealing with North and South Korea, or Asia only. It must involve all over the world because this is what and how it is, ONE WORLD. I DO PRAY FOR KOREA, ASIA, THIS WORLD EVERY DAY. I WISH WE ALL COULD NOT FIGHT BUT COLLABORATE AND COOPERATE SO THAT NO MAN, WOMAN OR CHILD HAS TO SEE A FRIEND OR A RELATIVE RAPED SO TO SAVE SOMEONE' ELSE LIFE. LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER KOREA! Sto vedendo questo video grazie a SeoulMafia. Dopo questa premessa volevo dire che, oltre al fatto che il regista di questo cortometraggio è un genio, il video ha aiutato molto a far capire la situazione tra le due Coree ai miei genitori. L’anno prossimo sarò una studentessa all’università di Seoul ed i miei genitori erano terrorizzati all’idea di mandarmi in Corea del Sud perché in Italia non sono arrivate poi così tante notizie sulla pace tra le due Coree e grazie a questo video sono molto più tranquilli. Mi è piaciuto molto l'aspetto meno divulgativo del video, sicuramente è stato originale. Avrebbero potuto benissimo pubblicare qualcosa simile a un reportage del notiziario ma hanno deciso di dargli quel qualcosa in più che l'ha reso in qualche modo divertente da guardare. Spero che da qui in avanti la situazione tra i due paesi continui a migliorare tanto da dover creare una continuazione per questo video!!

1 il punto di vista estetico
Questo video è fatto veramente bene e la pronuncia inglese del ragazzo coreano è impeccabile.
2 il punto di vista metaforico
Non ho capito a cosa potrebbe essere paragonato il virus, o meglio da cosa sia stato causato e questa sarebbe molto interessante. Semmai andrò a vedere il prossimo "episodio" per vedere se fa una sorta di spiegazione.
Dopo tutti questi discorsi vorrei dire il mio punto di vista personale, che è sempre meglio non fare la guerra sia per non indebolire o mettere a disagio le popolazioni coinvolte sia perché almeno in futuro non dovremo trovare un antivirus come il questo video.

Solo più una cosa che mi sono scordata di dire nel primo Commento. Lo vorrei anchio un biglietto per il kpop world festival, sto imparando anche il coreano per poterci andare e solo che abito a Torino in Italia e Seul è troppo lontana e gli aerei costano troppo. Non importa aspetterò che arrivino anche in Italia concerti varii, si spera il prima possibile.
Mi aspettavo di vedere un video "serio" come un documentario, e invece è una sorta di film fantascientifico e devo dire che l'idea mi piace. Si porta all'attenzione un grande problema in maniera semplice, con una comunicazione che arriva facilmente a tutti e che non annoia.
Purtroppo certi argomenti spesso non vengono trattati in maniera adeguata e così si porta la popolazione a mostrare disinteresse, a girarsi dall'altra parte e far finta che il problema non sia reale, o che comunque sia così distante da loro da non doversene preoccupare.
Ottimo l'intento del governo nel voler diffondere un messaggio di pace in questo modo, messaggio destinato non solo alla Corea ma anche a tutto il resto del mondo.
