I’ve got the bs slappy crook to regular out on lock for about 5 years now. But unlike other tricks like bs 50-50 added a 180 shuv…. I haven’t been able to this point to try slappy crook to 180 out etc . This video is my answer !
Been wanting this one forever now - got the noseslide crook dialled, but going to fakie nosegrind, whether from crook or noseslide, is hard. I already figured out the key isn't trying to pop a nollie, but maybe having a double-sided curb would be easier than the decked one I usually skate. Loving all these slappy vids!
Yeah double sided curbs are definitely easier to learn this trick on. That way you can just focus on letting it tilt vs. kinda snapping up into it. And thanks for watching!!
I spent a pile of time today trying to figure out how to plain nose slide to fakie 180 nose grind. The one where you don't really slide, you just go straight to 180 nose grind. I don't have a double sided curb so I can't really get leverage to get up there. I used to be able to do it way back when (early 90s. ) basically try to push the nose slide across the top so that the truck comes up, but that ain't working anymore...
You are gonna have to get your foot really far up on the nose at the very tip and you’ll have to let it dip a tad and kinda snap it up in there. A small hop at the same time helps a lot.

i bet you could do tailslide to switch crook
I can do the switch nose to switch crook so that the tailslide might be possible!
@@eastcoastcurbkiller i'm pretty terrible at switch in general, but i'm working on it
@@diplenski man I am too! The things I can do still look pretty crappy lol
Which wheels do you skate, and size?
@@6to8john I am currently riding the 53mm Powell Nano Rats!
