    Again. Amazing stuff..no other youtube tennis channel is covering this..this is pure scientific analysis!

    Roger's right arm is completely relaxed so when he explosively rotates his torso the arm flies freely and reaches maximum angular speed. So a powerfull stroke is generated by a rotating torso.

    This is extremely interesting. I think Rogers increased power comes from more mass stemming from use whole body and more accelaration as his racquet follows a more traditional path post contact, it goes more horizontally

      I agree with you a little bit... He can either put more whole weight on the ball or less weight on the ball because he can generate powerful ball with less weight...

    Would love to see your single BH for this teaching method. I have adopted attributes of your teaching with a student and myself as a tennis coach. Very positive and open minded to this method and see value

      Good. One handed BH based on Jul concept is relatively easier compared to two handed BH, FH, and Volley. Key to practice one handed BH is using centrifugal force (or circle path of racket head) and completely relaxed dominant hand with no any strength. Throw away the conventional grip thought. Grip just should be comfortable to your hand and wrist which is passively following the movement of body turn. I hope that you find out the way...

    What do you exactly mean by "change of the racquet direction"? I can´t get to catch it in Federer? Thank you.

    Love your videos! However, would you please mind explaining how to get external shoulder rotation? How does it happen naturally?

      I recommend you to watch my videos uploaded recently. These videos show the way to get shoulder horizontal abduction and shoulder external rotation.

      Good question, I think the best method is to start your right arms forward swing with elbow first. This makes elbow eye pointing backwards or towards the corner incase of federer shall point towards his feet or the court..resulting in external shoulder rotation.

    Excellent observation👍💥
    But you guys are doing many things wrong in practice so no surprise that only Federer can hit forehands like Federer :-)

    Hi I have a question for you. One thing that is not very clear to me is the racquet drop. I guess that happens before the forward swing... so should the non dominant hand and the body wait for the racquet drop to happen (with the dominant arm) before starting their movement and then drag again the hitting arm to the ball as you describe? How do you suggest to practice the racquet drop in a way that works with the kinetic chain you talk about in the videos? Thank you so much and great content

    • @jultennisgolf4970
      @jultennisgolf4970  4 года назад +1

      That is a great question. For dominant arm including dominant hand to be passively followed at the beginning of the forward swing, the dominant arm must be completely powerless. In this state, the racket including hand fall naturally before the start of forward swing.

      @@jultennisgolf4970 thank you so much. Would you say that a similar kinetic chain would still be valid on a one hander backhand? Body starts the forward swing and arm passively follows?

      @@tennis9281 I believe that human beings including me can not control body movement with consciousness. So for perfect motion of one-handed backhand, we need to have our body find out natural whole motion with unconsciousness. It can be possible, if we don't use the function of hand... Please follow my video with patience. I will post the series of video and teach about this concept to world people. It will take some period.... thanks

    Last video you convinced us that Federer has no shoulder movement while dimitrov has excessive shoulder movement. In this video you are indicating opposite. It’s quite confusing

    • @jultennisgolf4970
      @jultennisgolf4970  3 года назад

      You have to figure out that ther are countless movement orders of our body parts because our body has about 600 muscles. There are absolutely always difference in motion between any people when doing swing. If you don't find out the difference between fed and dim,... you should try to study more...

      Rope Tennis & Golf I just want to point out the message you try to convey between previous video and this one is different or even opposite. Maybe make a video or add notes to clarify

    From one asian to another I will give you one advice: nevermind you made up your mind no time ago. Just look at it from a different way other than muscle because honestly I can't see muscle and if I can't see muscle movement then how am I suppose to believe you with such lacking demonstration. This is why I hesitate to be called a coach to avoid being group as one of you. no offense.
