Snorkeling in Mexico

The fam and I explore the "Cancun Underwater Museum." I'd have rather gone diving, but was sidelined by a wicked cold. The life jackets were, unfortunately, mandatory, and made it reeeally tough to dive down, but still a pretty cool trip...for snorkeling.

Is that a life jacket your snorkeling with or a snorkeling vest? I can't swim very well and I had to use a snorkeling vest my first and only time snorkeling. I always wondered if I could use a smaller life jacket/vest?

Doesn’t the vest just push you back up?

kola alax Yeah it was a pain, but they required us to wear them. Apparently their insurance policy doesn’t accommodate experienced swimmers.
