Most of us grew up with fairy tales and spent our teenage years watching Romance Comedy. So it's no surprise that as an adult, a lot of us consistently expect our lives will play in the same genre and give us the happy ending we deserve.
We fail to understand that life at best is full of uncertainties, and at worst it is full of plot twists and painfully messy.
