As a Russian I can tell you that the number of black people is super rare in Russia. I live in a city with 1 million population and I only see blacks several times per year. Per year! Even in Moscow (about 15 m population) the number of black guys in quite small: recently I have been staying for two weeks in Moscow walking almost every day and saw blacks only once or twice.
