  • Near Space - 27000 meters above the planet's surface. Beyond the tropopause and Armstrong's line, higher than Picard and the "SSSR-1" have ever been.
Will an Arduino Uno survive the chill of negative 50°C and the pressure of 1/100 of the Earth's atmosphere? What did the homemade black boxes log? Did the onboard GoPros cope? How did we search for the landed probe? Find out in this special episode of Amperka Projects.

MAGNIFICENT::: 9:10 from 7,700 meters up, to 17,000 meters altitude, air-temp was -50 centigrade. This is a universal temperature, all around the world, which you can see during flights. Question::: Do you have the complete video to post here? I would like to see the Temperature-change between 3-7 km altitude. & thanks. K.S.

you can use RF transmitter and receiver instead of SMS, that will work fine and you can get data every seconds.

Rf uses radio waves where sms uses satalite so sms is slow but has long range

@@MalKediler Heat to burst your bubble but SMS does use radio waves, In fact the Cell frequencies used for SMS are very short range, tthey should have used a 2 meter ham radio APRS system,
there is one aboard the ISS and you can hear on a portable radio as it goes over

At 2:35, “ascension rate was 300 meters per second”? That’s near Mach 1. Are you sure it was 300 meter per second and not 300 meters per minute? Here’s a paper from NOAA on it:

but the thing is that I don't know how to receive and send video signals from so much height, and I have only 5.4ghz av transmitter that stops working at a limited height, can u please tell what do u use that work at a really high altitude

there's some theorem from algebraic geometry that says all simply connected closed-but-unbounded surfaces are isomorphic to a sphere. that is to say if you can travel any direction and you eventually end up back where you started, without encountering a discontinuity in the surface, you're living on a sphere of some type.
basically it would be really hard for international air travel to work on a flat earth. yet it seems to
