wassup bro i recently just received my fras plates to pair with my soft armor. It’s a little bit more heavier than i like and have major pressure on my back any suggestions for better comfort?? or should i return and just get the full fras panels

U can always put the pepper spray upside down.
I don't see how putting it in upside down in that case would stop it from discharging on accident if something got under the cap.

Full fras will weigh more than the 10x12's. You can always return them if they are too heavy for you.

I was pleased with this month's box. Already put most of it on my Go bag. Its incredible how smooth the sentry cuffs are.
