11:02 this is not technically brand new. The enemy is called a foo. It appears in the meringue clouds world of mario u. It blows out fog which you can blow away by spin jumping. This enemy can be killed like most ememies. However it can not be killed with a fireball.

15:24 I just realized that in the level for the beta, the level has 2 plays and 90 clears. That one like must really like this level, since they played it so many times.
One big change I notice in 3D World is that the lighting was changed for the better. The beta lighting looked a little bit too gradienty, the shadows for some enemies go past the ground, and the colors aren't too saturated. Plus, everything isn't too plasticy or shiny in the final, unlike in the original Super Mario 3D World where it had all of those exact problems that I just mentioned. Also, the shapes for blocks (Hard Blocks, Brick Blocks, and ? Blocks) were ever so slightly adjusted to pop more. Thirdly, the Ninja Attack sound effect was changed to have it be stationary instead of chasing Mario. Lastly, the Maker Points being 350 without any uploaded courses is likely for showing purposes.
Here's a small change that was made between the version 1.0.1 and version 1.1 update. With the Track Blocks in 3D World, the effect they make when they're about to disappear and respawn was slightly adjusted to be faster and play more times.

The Angry Sun's story mode course was rendered in Super Mario Bros. 3 desert graphics in the beta. It was changed to New Super Mario Bros. U in the final game.
Let's hope Nintendo will hopefully add more themes. I know the 3D World theme did mix it up a bit from just the SMB, SMB3, SMW and NSMBU themes but still.
The way you build clear pipes is visually different in the beta it has no end while building it but in the final you see the end or the entrance while building it
Here’s something you forgot to point out, in the beta version the feather is near the 1-up mushroom and coin, whereas in the final version it is next to the star and fire flower! Does anyone know that?
