    This was so cool, I love data and Mario so to see my two favorite things combined is always a great sight! Major props for taking the time to do this, I am also very surprised with the results.

      Thanks! I would have loved to have it running for much longer to have more data to draw from. Maybe look at other factors like specific emotes and stuff might have been interesting too. Glad you liked it!

      Yeah I wish I was recording or keeping track of what was happening in the original streams. Would be interesting to see what exactly caused the sudden behavior changes.

    I burst out laughing at that 3 secind clutch win. For the left and right thing, I assume when a chat message contains both L and R the first one is used? Or the last one?

      If a message contains both l and r, both will be sent to the game. But the game will only care about the button currently being pressed. If nothing is being pressed I'm assuming it would just come down to the button ids or something.
