Very nicely done! My kit is on the way, but I want to wait to see what accessories the aftermarket will offer for the 1/72 version. I noticed that you did your painting piecemeal. I like to get as many components together for a single painting session. Your video has pointed the way for selecting the paints I will need, and the parts to be painted.
Although I was under the impression that Beast-Mode came in a darker gray.
Thanks for the video! I'll be watching it again!

I was surprised by the low(ish) score at "Easy to Bulid"...
I thought that all newer kits from Tamiya were easy to build!
But than I understood that it must have been the high number of decals that lowered the score.
(I have recently got the new MiG-23 from Clear Prop! and I have tried a dry fit. Now that will be a difficult build, despite the good fit... It would be interesting to see one on your channel! 🙂)

That's right. Applying decals is difficult.
Clear Prop kits are very expensive in Japan.

Great instructions, but i would like to see what colour you painted the nose and those areas around the intakes with? I know the main body is FS36170 Camouflage Grey, but what is the other one for the nose and intakes? Thanks

      Thank you for your comment.
I painted the nose and intakes with Mr. Color No. 306 (FS36270).
This was the specified color for Hasegawa's 1/72 kit F35A.

Thankyou! I use MRP paint because it's pre thinned but FS36270 is universal. Thankyou!
