World record on 6/19/24 [PS4] - x571 on Knightmare.
This was unexpected. I hadn't played in months and it usually takes me a session or two to get back into the rhythm of things. I had only played for maybe an hour when I got to the end of this run and couldn't believe the score. Nothing about the run felt particularly special. I was under pace all the way up until the final brutes. I made a couple good decisions on when to use the REC in the final 30s but was unlucky and couldn't get anyone to pick up a shield at the end. If someone had picked up a shield I probably would've broke 1.50m, but tbh it would've felt a little underwhelming since the run doesn't feel that optimized (I mean, I actually threw an escrima stick, I haven't done that in a PB run in years). My combo was a massive x571 though so it goes to show just how effective the REC strategy is. All in all this was encouraging so I'll keep at it and make another run at 1.50m.
