This actually fixed it. My youtube was stuttering while playing videos and I had microstutter every 5 secs while playing valorant. Turns out I had 7.4gb of cache. Wow

Thanks so mcuh for this video! I just spend a fair bit on a new GPU 7800 xt and a 5700x cpu. I kept getting loads of micro stutter in certain games. Mainly Ready or Not in DX12 mode, it was insane. OMG Mike, thank you Sir !!!! I just had my PC rebuilt a little while ago and I play games. At the start , my PC was very fast, no stuttering in games, no latency, all of a sudden it started happening. My game started "pausing" for a second in the middle of games, then continue on, then pause 1 minute later, it was so annoying, plus it lagged bad. I did this fix and I had 6.4GB cached and after 369mb. WOW !!! Thank you again.

Since turning on my PC and checking a few E-mails which took around 5 minutes I noticed my Cached memory was already over 4.1GB so I thought I'd give this a go, I had watched this video on my mobile earlier. I went from 4.1GB down to 189MB after hitting run almost instantly! I tried intelligent list cleaner but it is buggy and won't actually load so this was perfect and very simple. Thank you dude.

I got a question. This work good and it does clear cache every 5 min, but when im gaming it dosent work.. and as soon as i close the game it starts working again. what could be the problem here?
Not sure of why that is happening it should happen all the time regardless of what is going on it could be another program in the background which is preventing it from running but I’m not sure what it would be

Thanks, this actually worked for me. I have 100+ FPS in PUBG, but it very seldom felt smooth until I cleared the cache. Now it feels butter smooth. No need to go through the loops this dude does; just run it once in a while in the lobby between matches.

try limiting your FPS that also helps, not ideal but it helps. Also are other games suffering

You are pushing a lot of frames at 240hz maybe check the performance monitor and see what is being used at 💯
