I used to think growing older would crush me, I cared so much about maintaining my youth..here I am 46 not bothered at all. 30 really is SO young. There are so many assets you gain from aging that you will only understand as you get older. Please try to have a different perspective, it's really not that bad, I promise. P.S..take lots of vitC (2000-3000mg/day divided into 500mg doses), it's great for so many things, one of them being anti-aging effects. Been doing it since my early 20's and swear by it, my body presents as a good 10-20yrs younger😉

I never heard of her until today. This is very sad. To actually force yourself to jump from 60 stories against your fight or flight innate instincts speaks volumes about the massive, deep, tremendous and excruciating bottomless pit of pain this young lady must have been mired in up until the very second she decided to end it all. It’s obvious that for her, the pain of plunging to a grueling death was much better and highly preferable to spending another second alive saturated in misery and drowning in the pain of a mental and emotional purgatory and this is sadly profound. I’ve been in a dark place and I’ve wanted to end my life. Although I never had a plan, I researched it and I discovered It’s actually a challenge to try to end your own life, so she wanted to make sure she didn’t survive and she knew plunging from that sky scrapper pretty much guaranteed she would die. I hope that faithful day did bring her the peace and rest she was hoping for. Sadly I can empathize with her because again, I’ve been in a very dark place myself a time or two, but I’m grateful I made it through. I wish she would’ve had the wisdom and understanding to know trouble doesn’t last always but the pain of losing a loved one to suicide always do.

That day did not bring her peace and rest, sadly. We are not the author’s of our life, God is, and only He decides when we live and die. Suicide is not the answer, we cannot sympathize with that solution. Instead, anyone and everyone who does suffer in silence, must get help.

Very determined and sure of her intentions. She was very focused and walked in the power of self determination.

Before my Dad passed in 2020, he told me something that I didn't get at the time, but I get it now. He said sometimes the cruelness of the world will compel those with good morals to fight passionately against the oppressive powers. But we can't save the whole world. You must care for yourself first. He knew this because he saw how societal injustice and politics were affecting my mental health at the time. Our whole family fighting over a political candidate & social issues, no longer speaking, it was horrible. He was passionate about issues as a young person too, but it backfired into deep unhappiness. Some of us are too sensitive to be in constant fight mode. He reminded me of the Nietzsche quote- “Be Careful when Fighting monsters that you do not become one. Because when you look into the abyss deep enough, the abyss looks back at you.”
    Rest in Love Beautiful Chelsie.

Mental Health is complicated, Very Personal and private. I feel everyone has some form of Personality Disorder, which is not as insulting as using Mental Health Disorder Labels that cause people to be secretive and defensive when dealing with their disorder. Some disorders are more severe than others, however as long as a person is responsible and independent there is no need to worry about the type of shortcomings he or she has.

It's inconceivable, when someone has everything and yet makes this choice. I want to say to the actress that said, something like "remember you're not alone." That is complete and utter BS. A lot of ppl are truly alone. Have you heard of homelessness? These ppl are alone, and many others not living on the street, same. Just saying something that isn't true, insulting those who know better, that's not helping. What would help is working to ensure ALL human beings are valued and truly helped when they need real help. It starts with working to change most of our systems. And it always starts with our children. Stop neglecting, abusing and not protecting them. Stop teaching them, allowing them to be taught/brainwashed, that they are nothing without something. Talk to your children, really talk to them. No matter their age, and not just about the gd weather or their new outfit.

We have lost our way and are so out of tune w our world, the natural world which we are all a part of. I blame all the poisons and emf (we are electrical beings, all this man made emf is causing interference w the natural flow of energy).
