Your guys who set up my company are amazing . I recommend them 100%. They did exactly what they said they would do and within the time and cost quoted at our first meeting . Fabulous guys .
@@137dylanthis was genzone . They didn’t charge me for my initial consultation. I think the price is dependent on what you need . It’s worth getting in touch with Kevin and just have a chat as they will point you in the right direction . It may turn out not to be suitable . Either way they will be honest with you and not try and sell you stuff you don’t need .
I still think the best play is to incorporate in the UAE, get residency, spend the minimum number of months there per year to retain residency thus tax status, and then spend the rest of the year in SEA without triggering tax residency in those countries. For example the $3,500 pm you're paying in rent would get a luxurious 3 bedroom private pool villa in Thailand, weekly maid, fiber internet, all utilities covered etc.
Excellent content.😊 Im looking forward to hearing about your alternative options for the summer when you leave. Personally the only thing that comes close to me to continue on with the fun vibe and modern infrastructure, healthy food with plenty of organic options, great conferences, concerts etc and being insanely convenient is California and New York. I like to spend about 3 months a year in rhe usa when not in Dubai.
So many things are good about Dubai that it makes the overall experience worth it - stay here for tax benefits and peak winter ( best time ) and then bounce. Really can’t go wrong with this
It's funny bc I live in Marbella full time and come to Dubai during Winter (8-10 weeks). I just could NOT take this superficial-level vibe any longer than that. Down to personal preferences oc
Moro, I am living for free with my wife and family. Free utilities. Real organic food near by, not plastic poison or bggz. Not any shit water, but structured one from real spring. 200+/200+ connection. Making enough fiats. Abundant life, more than numbers.
Not sure where you stay but for an equivelant hotel to the address in Bangkok you are paying just as much. Have a look at kepinski rates in BKK it is just as expensive if not more.
LOL, "smma". Avoid the online gurus and work out a business that you actually want to run because you're solving a genuine problem. Most people are not cut out for business ownership/being self-employed, but that's ok. There are plenty of jobs, such as AI coding, data science and cyber security, that pay vast sums and can be done 100% remotely.
I didn´t want to be this guy, but considering the approach during the comparison in the video and also in the comment section... Dubai is also Asia, guys... the Middle East is not a Continent. ;)
Yes technically if you want to be a smartass… but there is more difference culturally historically and economically between west and east Asia than there is between the European and American continents
More sand and humidity they don’t do the best together but it’s nothing to worry about summer months it’s very easy to spend ur majority of days inside, as well most people are travelling in the summer
@@eden5260 Asia is a continent. UAE is in the continent called Asia. You saying it’s in the ME or even in the Milky Way doesn’t change that fact. Sorry.

@@eden5260 you make it sound as if Asia was a monolith. There are various cultures and ethic groups in Asia. There is not a typical Asian look. So not sure what’s your point here. Also, Europe cannot be Asia. Predefined and agreed borders are mutually exclusive. 🥶

You must be a troll if you believe that. Bangkok is one of the best cities on the planet. There is so much nearby as well, from paradise beaches to quant mountain towns, and lush tropical jingle teeming with wildlife. Dubai is just a pretentious, huge shopping mall in the middle of the desert with nothing of note within an hours flight. I suppose there are spiders in the desert if you like nature...
@@gotssssss It's the vibe, the culture, the people, the energy of the place. It is not just about "consumerism", but that is absolutely a large part of Dubai's culture, which is sterilised and non-existent. There is just no comparison. Dubai has its towering sky scrappers, Thailand has its stunning Islands. I would choose Dubai for work and Thailand for pleasure. One thing that gives Thailand the edge are its people. They're some of the nicest, most respectful people in the world.

I'm assuming you're talking about Gen Zone. Are you willing to share roughly how much it all cost? Just a rough idea. Thanks

Yes, for the lowest cost that is the optimal move

Do you have any plan to do a video content for groceries shopping in Dubai?

Some asian countries also have 0% tax or 1-3% tax, if you consider cost of living + tax owed, Asia will beat UAE. Especially Malaysia.
I hope to do business with you guys in the near future 🙏
One night in a decent hotel costs like half a month rent in a nice place in bangkok
Not sure you’re right on food. Maybe compared to Asia or even North America but not Europe. I think in UAE OGMs are legal? I might be wrong
What gym is it at 8:35 minute?

Side note, I know you’re from Finland, so do you miss the nature there and Finnish lifestyle?
Traffic is annoying at rush hour, but it’s like that in every city.
