One thought that came to me while watching this: what if one of the hunters grabs MIPS, takes his star, and then enters a level forcing him to despawn? That would severely hamper the runner since they consistently use 16-star speed running strats.

@@SekanderThe I see that now lol. Good balancing but those Bowser boss fights are a real disadvantage for you. What if for the multiple players against The main character concept was done but without any radar tracking capability. I feel like that would even the odds again in Mario's favor.
