have had the Katalyst suit for 2 months. I use it 3x a week and it is highly effective. I tore my acl and miniscus in febuary and after surgery this has been key , along with my PT , in staying in shape and getting in even better shape than i was before my acl tear. its not cheap but it is worth it 100%
You look fantastic at 55! Thanks for the review, I'm into biohacking so I'm always looking for efficient ways of exercising. Have you looked into a CAROL bike, and REHIT? 10 minutes twice a week. From what I've seen, twice a week REHIT on a CAROL bike is optimal for health and more than that gives diminishing returns. A game changer for aerobic exercise.
I have physically seen a difference for one thing. I see my muscles on my legs and glutes coming in. I also have noticed a huge difference with my shoulder. It used to bother me and it does not anymore. I see a more defined AB area too !!!
@@loribradford167 Agreed I am 62 same as you have worked out entire adult life, the suit has improved my should enormously I just couldn`t train it as I needed. the suit has improved this allowing me to regain mobility in the shoulder .. I would say the work outs re no joke they are only 20 minutes but they are tough.
