been playing phase rush garen for a few weeks now, it's probably the most fun I've had on League in years. You can fake the engage on an enemy team multiple times, dodge everything and waste all their cooldowns, then you go in and do some damage, R whoever's low, stridebreaker and run away to the jungle. Then your movement speed is so insane that I've literally ran all the way around people who were chasing me in jg and attacked them from behind lol feels like they should make a skin called "crackhead garen" for this build because you'll be running around so fast and spinning and just causing total havoc unless they can chain-CC you.
if you don't want to stack all zeals then also getting deadman's or FON helps with survivability. Depending on how the match is going you can also go hullbreaker (adds 5% ms) and with all your bonus movespeed when the enemy champs come to stop your push you can just bayblade tf away to another lane and repeat the same exact process faster than they can even rotate to you, so it's like 2 or 3 of their champs are just permanently assigned to stopping your push. In normals I like to meme it up and buy the nikes for a full movement speed build, it's bonkers how many times you'll escape from certain death just by pathing out of the fight. it's gotta be tilting to constantly see Garen zoom off at 1hp and regen his health and come back 20 seconds later for another fight. I love these phase rush garen builds

I have been abusing this build for like the last 2 days and it is giga busted, cause even if your bad like me, after 2 zeals it's just so fun with phaserush you become almost unkillable

Legit had this happen to me for 7 games straight. Absolutely none of my teammates knew how to play even when I was seriously ahead. Which resulted in me losing 7 games.
Thats the reason i stopped playing league

Just has 3 more matches where I was ahead by 6 kills, then my whole team decided that it was the perfect time to stop pushing turrets and just int into the woods
I love Zwag, but hearing him flame his team kind of sucks. He is a former challenger and at this point professional player. He groups with people with low ELO to provide content, but then gets upset when they make low ELO moves. He was in groups with that B1 sejuani, and stayed grouped for like 3 more games.
YES! He plays on stream, with his low elo viewers listening, and keeps flaming them for not doing what a challenger have in his head.
Or even making fun of bronze enemies when stomping them. That's so pathetic!

Well I think it's nothing to take personal, he knows that they're bad and that they therefore make mistakes but it's still frustrating.
Plus it's not like he flames them for not pinging or losing laning phase but for mistakes like not using your ult or not auto attacking (as a fcking adc against a player with 10 hp) which are big mistakes even for bronze players 🤷🏻♂️
Well for one that wasnt flaming. Sensitive ass little snow flake. It was facts. Using your ulti or auto attacking is not some challenger ability or mindset. It's a pretty common sense basic part of the game.
to be far that sej has no clue how to play her champ. It is frustrating seeing a player that should stick to champs like master yi but would rather play a harder champ and be garbage at that champ.

Back in the day when you could stack sunfires on rammus. You’d stack zeals on master yi. They gave AS,crit and MS. You’d run around the map like a methed out hamster. You could 1v1 anyone, nuke towers and if anyone came to contest. With the zeals and your ult you could run away faster than rammus could speed ball

Or maybe a week of the five most survival majors mages ( big shield, crazy heals, Good mobility or tricky game play like LeBlanc). Perhaps pick faction and play champions from that faction for a week. Just an idea anyway, great Vids, keep it up

Yeah, grudge works with Garen spin. I like to build it on him so I can just stick to whoever I'm attacking, and with swifty boots there's no escape >:D
Stridebreaker slow is enough tho, usually

I'd want to see how this build performs into less favorable match-ups; Darius, Mordekaiser, Kayle for example. Need more data to come to a good conclusion.
The ADC treatment - ez got 13 kills random toplaner got 13 kills - well the toplaner wins by default Vs ADC :X

Garen is one of the most brainless champions I agree but you can't really talk while playing another brainless champ.
I've seen bronze players in the Brazilian server playing better than Zwag's teammates in this game.

I spent the better part of an hour attenpting to coach a friend of mine as to why im having so many issues climbing myself. All the basic fundamental mistakes that people do makes the climb so incredibly difficult when my personal skillset isnt to the level of a master+ player, but i know for a fact my skillset massively exceeds that of anyone in the elo im in. But having 4 players as bad as the 3 morons zwag had makes games feel impossible.
