This Andrew Hundley TERRIFIES me. Apparently a teachers pet and good upbringing commits a heinous crime and originally given life without parole and here he is, a few short years later, smiling his ass off in media photos and press for the group. I cannot imagine how her family feels seeing this. He is scary.
When it comes to serious crimes such as this, your past criminal history within another state, country, or otherwise, should be allowed. Repeat similar offences speaks to the character of the person on trial. Ty Mandoo and Richard for the deep dives into background information of each crime. These hearings would be pointless to watch otherwise.
He can give his life. Stay in prison and trade his life and freedom for what he did. He must take more responsibility for his consequences. His supporters uuuggghhhh🤮
Thank you Mandoo. I appreciate your work. ❤ This was a terrible "accident". However it seems more intentional. This man was evil to the family after the accident and he is evil sitting there with that uncaring look on his face. Thank you again for all you do to show us the parole board and how the system occasionally gets it right. ❤
Holy convictions Batman! Now I figured the rep from the LA Parole Project would be a former inmate. But upon reading what he confessed to? He’s as bad maybe worse than Myers!
More than likely it's a time restraint situation. Pretty sure they know they have a time limit so should have planned accordingly. Otherwise these would take hrs to finish
I think Mr. Kelcey cutting people off after 3 minutes, lol. Not so much when he does it to those in opposition. I understand that they need to limit the time of the hearing, but just before the speakers start, can't they tell them collectively that they will have 3 minutes to speak, so they aren't just cut off and not knowing why? And for the love of God, there should be a kinder, more professional way to say it than, "You need to wrap it up for us."
I really dislike Mr. Kelsey. He’s so rude for cutting folks off. How do we know what someone isn’t able to say would sway the board one way or another?
😢😮 I would not let him out weed and alcohol 🥃 to the point he can’t see right wow ! 🤯 let him stay there for more yrs 😢. Bless the boys amen 🙏 2024 ❤Rip
So... how do i feel about the Parole Project??? Sort of a tough question. Here's my answer. Due to the change in legislation, offenders get the ability to be paroled. That is a fact and has nothing to do with anything other than legislation. The fact that someone got out and thought of a viable business plan that would benefit paroled offenders does not bother me at all. They get government funding because they are a non profit. I feel like in most cases of incarceration, these offenders have a difficult time reintegration back into society. Having an organization that facilitates that reintegration is a great idea. Regardless of the fact that they themselves have benefited from new legislation for their own crimes, it is still a very much needed program that is overseen and regulated by the government. All non profits are. I have no problem at all with the parole project. If rather them have somewhat of a paper trail and a chance at success if they are going to be let out than to be let loose to their own devices, struggle, fail, and return to criminal behavior.
I think rehabilitation should be the goal in lot of cases except for crimes against children and diagnosed psychopaths……25 years Is enough and forgiveness is an essential lesson for your soul…..you have to let go of sorrow before it turns your heart
25 yrs is NOT enough for killing 2 children and almost 3 with a vehicle with being OVER 10x the legal limit. Forgiveness is one thing accountability is another. Forgiveness is for the victim accountability is for the perpetrator.
A child that has little to no chances to grow up and live a successful life. For instance, when you are born into a family that lives in poverty, parents who don't have jobs, surrounded by people who use drugs, alcohol, etc. Growing up in a rough neighborhood where there is a lot of crime. This will all form the child as a person, and only with a lot of luck, determination, and strength a child will grow up to be a successful adult.
It’s time to move on and allow the healing to begin. The two boys can’t ever be replaced. The man who hit the boys was intoxicated & unfortunately he received a punishment harsher than any other person on the same charges. It’s sad to hear the mother speaking of the death of her boys, loss of her husband now, & the emotions are still so raw.
I don’t no if u guys no this but the church I attended started celebrate recovery not only is it for drugs and alcohol but any addiction or adversity u have overcome to make u a better person
what does your church do for the victims of drunk drivers? for every drunk and addict, there is at least a whole family of people they dragged through the mud with them.
@@AdzaanMaiiTsoI’d say helping people get off of their addictions equals less victims. Trying to stop the cycle at the root of the problem. It’s a good place to start.
Not fair to victims family to expect them to forgive and forget as his sister in law is pushing. Justice would be him serving his full sentence.
Forgiveness does not equal lack of consequences for your actions.
Yes to this!
So what , it was 25 years ago. That family had to bury 2, that’s TWO BABIES!!! Their family is devastated!!! Stay in prison 😮😮😮😢😢❤
This alcoholic prisoner is emotionless, its like hes dead inside
Because he is
WHY WAS THIS MAN EVEN ON THE STREET AFTER ALL THESE DUI CHARGES?!?!

He looks evil, I'm sorry it's the eyes😏
Forgiveness is not synonymous with release from punishment. You can forgive someone and still expect them to serve their time.
Wow. How dare they tell the family to forgive.
Thats so freaking cruel 😫
Disgusting that these poor parents have to relive the lies over and over again
How do you know he's lying? Oops! I stuck my foot on my mouth. I commented before hearing the complete second hearing.
LISTEN
@@judithdean8750 I hadn't listened to the second hearing when I made my comment. I retract that statement now. My apologies
Do your time mate and make a difference in jail. The least you can do. That’s forgiveness.
Never let him out. EVER.
He should be grateful they've kept him alive, by keeping him locked up.

No accident Larry.. he made choices... dont matter 25 yrs. Those boys would be in 30s.... having kids...
The panel member cuts off another victim and I'm going to lose my shit. Let them speak
Those 2 boys nevwr got a second chance....
Zero self awareness to state he had a grandson he has never seen!
Right, his kid was able to grow up and have children the victims parents buried them before they even got to middle school.
Can you do a video on the parole project failures? I know there’s some out there
I appreciate the way you report cases on your channel. Thank you.

I love that he read the facts after the son shook his head.. his dads been lying to him
Yup, I hate that. It’s so disgusting to watch him shake his head like that.

What is the LA Parole Project's success rate?
Good question
A bunch of low life killers trying to get other killers out of prison. They shouldn't no say so ,bunch of bullshit
Why are they allowed to walk and drive on streets after being caught driving drunk soooo many times! I also blame the justice system.

Did you see the Myers movie?😅

I can't even forgive on the families behalf
It’s pretty disgusting how all his supporters emphasized “way back when” and “a long time ago” It’s like they’re saying get over it. It’s sickening
Thank you Mandoo. 💖
You're welcome 😊

Thanks 🤗
Wow, what a surprise tidbit of Kerry Myers!
That footage cracks me up
It explains a lot.
Kelsey is pretty rude when it comes to people making statements like really there's a time limit
This guy pulls this often. A real shitbird !
Yeah he's always like 'cmon...wrap it up!'.
If the statement turns into an incoherent rant by all means end it , it does no one any good.

Kelsey is asking the wrong question. It should be "how many time were you owi and NOT stopped".
Right. It’s statistically proven a person drives drunk on average 80 times before getting stopped for their first DUI!!! 80!
