I enjoyed this, I'd be interested in trying Amethyst. I love Perles de Lalique.
I won't buy from Marly on principle ever... their womens scents are 75ml, their mens 125ml, but for a comparable price. I get it the ingredient prices might differ, but I just don't want to support a brand that, in my opinion, charges women over the odds compared to men. We already pay allllll the pink taxes 🙄

They are so similar in the entrance… i prefer lalique in terms of the whole scent profile because it is denser and darker.. more green notes… but Meliora is perfect for those special Occasions where i want to smell good all day, but nothing that’s too loud 🤗💜

Both bottles are beautiful. Omg that bottle ( Meliora ). I love Lalique , fragrances and their crystal . Need to give Amethyst a try.

Oh so they have a similar opening but develop differently. I was honestly worried because the two have very diff price points and PDM is way over the top price wise. Great comparison ❤️
Yeah… i never would have bought PDM Meliora for full price… good thing i got it from a declutter sale 🤗 It starts of sweeter and has a softer drydown, but the berry accord is so similar ! 💜
Thank you for this comparison, I have sampled meliora but I think I might stick with amethyst as I actually like the purple bottle and the woody notes might make it longer lasting.
I agree…. It makes the fragrance denser and longer lasting… i find that I reach for Amethyst more 💜

I tried an Amethyst decant, but didn't like it. On me, it smells very watered down, like a body mist or a girl perfume. I didn't know it's compared to PDM, maybe I will try Meliora. Have a great week!

I need to break out my PDM travel sprays. I think Meloria is one of them, sounds like I need to play with it more!
I was so surprised with Meliora… I really love it ! I was a little bummed at first because I was like, “this is such a simple fruity scent for the crazy price?!”… but then I really appreciated and enjoyed it the more I wore it.. BUT, it is still a great BONUS to know that I have Amethyst to alternate it with 💜
Hi Paola, i have both of them but i declutter the Lalique because the dry down smelled not so good otherwise its a nice perfume .I kept the the Maliora the opening is beautiful and also the dry down. About the price i buyed it second hand and that saved me a lot off money i payed like 80 euro's for 75ml. Maybe an idea for perfume lovers to look second hand deals!💰😊
I love giving decluttered fragrances new homes ! 🤗 I got this from a friend’s declutter too… i never would have been able to purchase a PDM fragrance… 💜
