I'd love to hear more from Rochelle about her experience with food service in the restaurants! I love the servers so much, and I always wondered about her training, what she thinks about her role, and how they learn their magic tricks for dinner (all of my previous servers on 8 cruises I've been on always have magic tricks for dinner time!)

When I went on my Disney Dream Cruise I had ice cream almost every hour since it was unlimited 😂😂😂 in my opinion a Disney Cruise is one of the best ways to do Disney bc everything is right on board

I am a nervous swimmer. Nervous of being in the water. I nearly drowned when I was a child - swimming with my school. The issue was never dealt with. I only found out last year my Mum was not informed of the incident at the time. #wrong
What I'm trying to work my way around to saying is should I go to the audition in London I'm planning to on 10/9?
The thought never occurred to me tbh re: my fears to do with swimming. I guess I wouldn't be able to sit out the water training, even if I tell them of my nerves re: swimming and they DO say it shouldn't be needed right so...

Oh no! I am so sorry! Unfortunately, There is no option to sit out. There are however safety officers in the water and you do get to wear a life jacket for most of it!
@@TeenG Thanks Gianna! Pretty name!! If I ever master the art of swimming I might come back to this idea but I think for now it'd have to be a "No". Thanks for your response. :D Gonna try out for Euro Disney instead!

I'm just about to go on as a performer on Fantasy, do you know what the privileges are like? and also can you go to the crew mess whenever you like and how much would it be to eat in the guest areas?
Congrats!! One of my best friends worked entertainment on the Fantasy! You will have the same privileges as me + a few more. I believe entertainment can eat at cabanas, the lunch buffet for guests. It really depends on who your higher ups are because the choice is really up to them. For us, we were able to fill out a form to submit for approval to eat in the restaurants but we weren't able to do that SUPER often, maybe 2X a month at most! You can eat at the mess throughout the day, its open a few hours for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snack. It is not closed very often and they usually make sure your break works with the mess schedule! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Amy Cameron all crew areas are off limits but the public parts of the ship are okay!!

You get a discounted rate and pay for MBs. S for example you get 250 MB for 10 and use that until it runs out.
How much do crew members usually make?
Its contractual and depends on your job but you make a weekly salary and it it very low.

Chanai Robinson we get paid weekly! you apply on the dcl jobs website!! im not sure but its a set weekly pay!
