30 seconds after you pulled away, you were forgotten by the tech as the next customer is doing the same thing.
Ive been a mechanic for 40 years, and have seen some really dumb sh!t. You dont fall into that category. it's just your anxiety.
Id be the same way if someone asked me to do brain surgery

it's unscrewing a plug and a filter then putting them back and filling the oil up. You don't have to be a car guy for that. You could do it if going there causes that much anxiety
