Your mom's hairstyle is SO CHIC!!! Love it! I wish I could have a wall of wisteria, but where I live it is so invasive! It's so humid here that it grows like crazy and is uncontrollable. You have to be on top of the pruning monthly and who has time for that? (See a video here on RUclips called "Wisteria Apocalypse" and you'll see what I mean.) I love the idea of a succulent spot in your garden! At the end of your video is a Sago Palm (Cycas revoluta), not a palm at all, but so, so beautiful! They are very, very expensive here in the states, about $100 for a one gallon container. My brother has a huge one in his yard in Georgia USA and it had about six babies all around it. He traded a year of lawn mowing with his landscaper in trade for those babies. Good trade! Cheers from North Carolina USA

The wisteria on the wall by the road would be beautiful and once established at the top you could use the railings to support it and it would give you privacy and walkers something beautiful to look at.❤ Have you considered a standard wisteria by the fence to the little stream? It would look beautiful and give you privacy and as they mature the twisted stems are stunning.

Alla… in the USA 🇺🇸 We have a Rose 🌹 called Knock Out Roses They have 2 sizes regular and miniature They bloom all year continuously In Florida Not sure your growing zone They are available here in Florida in many colours Not sure this is the type rose you are trying to find ? The sad part of this rose is that there is NO Scent Sooo The Beauty of the rose must be enough to comfort your desire However you can plant many other wonderful scented Roses Hope this might be what you are looking for “ Knock out roses “

i recommend acer trees. you can get a vibrant red leafed one thats stunning. also the lace leaved acers are lovley ; these lace leaved ones are slow growing and tend to be lower trees as in not too far off the ground., have a look allla . we know these villas and i agree they are stunning and all different in their lay out and what they grow. villa carlotta is also lovely and villa balbeanello . their is a lovely walk from allong from villa monestero along the road to the next village and up a path by fiume latte then you can take a walk from their to the castello vesio
Is that rose the Carefree Wonder (might have a different name in other countries)? I planted 2 last year and one is doing great, I didn’t realize until today it changes colors (my big dogs broke a big branch on the other so it’s still small but still growing). It’s beautiful! I ordered mine from Heirloom Roses here in the USA. My Variegata di Bologna just started blooming and it’s gorgeous, I’m so happy! 🌹🌹🌹
That is an Akebia vine. I have two varieties on my arbor. They bloom in spring and are highly scented. I recommend if you want to cover an arbor for shade. 😊
Alla, I have an Akibia vine (aka Chocolate Vine) and I love it. It can be a bit agressive. I have it on a fence where I want to hide all of the clutter on the other side of the fence. Some people feel even a little bit of maintenance, is too much. They are not my people.
Living in the desert, I have several agaves in my yard. You DEFINITELY don’t want them planted along a walkway. Their sharp points and jagged teeth are extremely dangerous.
The plant at 9:43 may be a chocolate vine. I took a picture from your video and identified from my iPhone. The plant identification on photos isn’t always accurate but I hope it will be helpful to you.

The creeper with the strong scent and burgundy coloured flowers is called akebia quinata. I grew it over a fence in Melbourne, Australia.
