Sasuke continuing the trend of being really strong in all versions of the game. Honestly, his weakest version is pts sasuke but they nerfed him to hell when storm 3 came out. He's still useable though but far off from the way he was in generations and if you used him you knew how good he was in that game.

Sadly his Combos are boring in the Storm Series. It's stated in chapter 675 by Obito: ""With ocular powers,only with both eyes together can their full power be unleashed" You need both eyes for a dojutsu's full power to manifest. And Sasuke has nowhere near the chakra reserves of an Uzumaki like Nagato.
