Hi,..because David loo doesn't have proper role for accessing workspace, you can give admin role to David and then try to access workspace it will work.
Hey 👋 Thats a good question. Honestly I do not think you can change the color of any field of workspace. The theme of a specific workspace can be changed for sure for but not any specific field. I will still check further if this is possible.

Being an assigned person ,write a private note to the end user. After impersonation to the end user when I click on request to view the ticket. I dont find the private note as a end user which the assigned person sent tome as a demo. In your videos it is showing. Did u select pvt note or visible to everyone option to choose?

When David loo write a pvt message Hi abel......etc. and when you impersonate the abel tutor. abel tutor can see the message which david loo wrote. I did the same but when I impersonating abel tutor i didn't find the pvt message which as a david loo wrote.

Hey!! Manager or not means!??..are you talking about custom role name 'manager'. You can use gs.hasRole(''role_name"') to check whether a user has a particular role or not. Let me know for any further help 🤓
