For those who suggest that he needs to eat more or bulk up doesn't know what will it do to his body. BULKING UP will only give him countless injuries. Wemby has already a perfect body type for his height. He only needs to increase his strength (upper and lower) in order to bang up players.

@@patrickhayes606 Giannis bulk is different..He is 6'11" unlike Wemby who is taller (7'3.5") .... Big body on taller person stress out it's knees.. Take YAO MING for example... His knees couldn't handle his weight which leads to early retirement in the middle of his prime..

These are all very efficient workouts for him. Training his core in a variety of ways, a lot of dynamic movements, not just static, he’s also hella flexible. His workout coaches know what they’re doing.
He needs to go down to Miami for work outs. Every player who did that in the offseason came back like a fucking rock. Magical water down there.

He don't need to gain weight he's 230 you can't see it because how tall he is.KD only gained 10 pounds look how long he been playing. These are all great workouts. He needs that core and lower body stability and flexibility. Too much bulk too quick will hurt him.

Thats completely wrong, i have been following him for 3 years now. He did more strength training than any other prospect, it was just highly focused on mobility, core stability, effective strength coordination and injury prevention. Im talking highly specialised training every single day. There's no way he would've lasted more than 5 games in France just based on his gentics.

The notion that putting on muscle always prevents injury is a myth, putting on too much muscle/muscular strength will make you too powerful for your tendons/ligaments to keep up.

Training for strength and training for size are not the same thing. There’s usually alot of carryover but I’m glad he’s not falling for the ‘I need to bulk up’ nonsense

He doesn’t need muscles, he needs strength to resist better physical impact.
American’s obsession with muscles will ruin his agility and make him even more injury prone.
You repeat the same error again and again with these ultra big men (eg Yao Min).

Think he can train for both strength and bulk but looking at his frame he needs to take it slow seems like he getting through off of metrics and raw talent but he ain't going up to block zion on a dunk full flight . Zion be knocking twig out the way better rely on his length , till he bulks up if all goes well 2 maybe 3 years of some of hard work he should be strong enough then he truly become a monster
