My new and improved way to fold a Graduation Cap and Graduation Certificate out of 3 dollar bills. Great gift for any graduate! All you need is 3 crisp dollar bills, scissors, measuring tape, and embroidery thread in the school colors. Try making it with your school colors by using two colors of thread.
