50 fps for 3050 on a laptop is very impressive considering 2060 barely ran 50 on DESKTOP when it was in beta
I mean it walking through an empty field while not doing anything. This is a very light stress test (while also having on dlss) but yes nonetheless impressive for it's specs.
Just because a card is in a desktop does not necessarily mean it's going to perform better than a laptop GPU. Thermals and the effectiveness of the card can be just as bad as one found in a laptop.
@@normified Well for a laptop and desktop equivalent card (2060 for both) that's not true. The laptop version is usually clocked slower or has less performance in it (cuda cores for nvidia). Like in a 3070 sense the performance of it is much closer to a 3060ti at max and it has to worry about running to hot much more than the desktop version so they are really only both 3070's in name and not performance.
i have a 2060 not even a super and the performance is great in games with very demanding shaders in Minecraft or even raytracing in the bedrock edition I get 60ish fps sometimes drops down to low 50s but that's aight compared to my rx 460 wich I was at a constant 20fps people rant so much about 50fps when I was sitting there with 20 it doesn't make sense back to what I was originally saying it depends how its clocked and drivers back then weren't perfected like they are now

Yeah! Daniel made INCREDIBLE music, I love every second of it. Paired with the insane graphics it gets emotional to appreciate where computers have gotten at such an insanely quick rate, what humans were able to build together, it's just too beautiful. I just can't imagine anymore where we will be another 20 years down the line. Minecraft's music will be legendary and remembered for centuries. There is not much like it.
While it looks nice, going from 220+ FPS to 50FPS is pretty brutal, doubly so because at 200+ FPS the GPU is only working at 50% load or so.
u can remove the limit in msconfig settings
Just wait for the next generation of GPU and this RTX wonder will run at insane speeds. You don't even need more FPS than your display supports, 50 FPS is extremely respectable for what's actually being calculated to push those insane graphics, so I can't complain in the slightest.
This is very playable, just set the FPS cap to 30 and it feel like xbox 360.
When ur insane cpu adds an extra 20 fps to ur 3060 ;)
my cousin has the asus tuf gaming f15 with the same specs as yours. and tbh it really performs well in minecraft rtx and we used upscaling (DLSS) to get a better fps

@@kemal6849 if you are using the bedrock or windows 10/11 edition, you can enable the "upscaling" that is the shortcut for DLSS

This is also the mobile version of the Rtx3050 so it’s not performing as good as a normal 3050

Actually you can get asus tuf f15 with rtx 3050ti and i7-11800h with 16 gb of ram expandable upto 32 gb ram and 512 gb of storage and it costs like 70,000 in I.N.R
@@bablihalder3857desktops are better in my opinion, since laptops can overheat quickly and desktops have better airflow. But if you like travel alot then a laptop would be good

@@irrational_01 all you need to do is turn on Upscaling in the video settings whilst Ray Tracing is enabled. If you don’t have Ray Tracing on, there isn’t any point in using it especially in Minecraft.

Dude, wtf. I have a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 with RTX 3050 (85w), 16GB DDR5 (2x8 4800Mhz) and Ryzen 6800h and got a maximum of 40 fps. Mine don't have NVIDIA Optimus Advanced, do you have on your laptop?
Another weird thing, the temperature of GPU and CPU rarely reach 70ºC even with unlimited FPS on Minecraft, but on Albion Online the temperature just explode when the fps is unlimited. Maybe Minecraft isn't getting full power from GPU and CPU?
I'm not lying, now minecraft is a heavy game for now (50 chunk)

3050 has new gen rt cores, thats why the rtx will run better on the newer cards

my laptop has almost the same characteristics, only an i5-11300H processor and 8 gigabytes of RAM. But for some reason 30 fps in 1920x1080
I think he used an external display. Mine laptop is better in CPU and Ram and got a maximum of 40 fps.

My Legion 5 with RTX 3060 runs Minecraft Java with 512mb texture packs and all settings on high with 70fps and 48 celcius temp. I bought Legion 5 because the cooling system and reliability is excellent.

What's your config on your afterburner? I only get 40fps on mine
Probably "MIN FPS" or "MAX FPS" options are left on. You need to go to the Monitoring section of MSI Afterburner settings, turn on "FPS" from the list there, and tick the "Show OSD" section.

Honestly if running on a 120hz screen, a 40fps lock would make it very smooth yet not stuttery if it doesn't dip below that point.
The GPU load is already immensely difficult due to being fully-fledged path tracing (Despite the limited use of other effects). But still impressive.
Nope minecraft rtx use for some reason half the performance of your card. It's strange but with both of my gpu, they don't run at 100% (fps unlock and no bottleneck)
I think a 3060 laptop would be just nice to hit 60+ fps

Bedrock and Windows 10 edition is essentially the same but Windows 10 edition is for computers and Bedrock edition is for phones and tablets.

I was looking for gameplays with same specs of laptop that I am saving up for and the one I am saving up for has rtx 3050TI Intel Core i7-11800H and it comes with 8gb ram but I am gonna upgrade the ram to 32 gb since the laptop can handle 32 gb at most

Something is being a bottleneck, could be anything from CPU, to a limited power supply or thermal throttling. You'll have to take a closer look at task manager or some more advanced tools to see what's being maxed out. Try playing with the power configurations and other settings to see if you can make it push more performance.

While they also do render Dragon on mobile, It's impossible for this feature to be available.
Thats because ray tracing has nothing to do with what engine is used phones dont come with raytracing cores like the 20 series 30 series and soon to be 40 series graphic cards

I'll ask a question, does 16 GB Ram affects your gameplay? Is 8 GB Ram is bad? Because I have the same computer with you except I have 8 Gb ram instead of 16 Gb
It might affect the fps by like 5-10 frames. It's not that bad but I would consider buying an additional 8 GB dor dual channel. Then everything will be smooth and really good

@@competently5025 you can get more than 20fps with battery but it's limited to 20 by default. It can be changed to 60 in nvidia settings
