Instructions for Keratin Hair Treatment Express Formula:
CAREFULLY read all instructions and precautions prior to using the product. Please perform a sample test prior to applying the product fully on your hair in order to discern undesired effects and compatibility issues. If there are other instructions on the bottle, disregard them and use the instructions below.
Wash hair with clarifying shampoo; this will enable the opening of the cuticles. Rinse well and blow dry. Don't use conditioner. Wash 2-3 times for better performance, any oils or conditioner left on the hair may affect the treatment performance and penetration, Clarifying Shampoo is PH elevating to open the cuticle that will optimize the treatment effect.
Blow-dry and brush your hair with medium heat until it is completely dry. You will notice its hard to comb and that is normal (it show you the clarifying shampoo was effective)
Comb and separate hair into 3 sections Left Right and Back.
Start applying the treatment product from the bottom of Back section , about 1(one) centimeter from the root and stop half way from the hair shaft, then use a fine comb spreading the product evenly to the tips or your hair verify that the hair is evenly saturated and to remove access product.
Note: It is extremely Important that the entire head is completely covered with the solution and that the solution is evenly distributed throughout the hair before proceeding to the next step. Comb through - using the fine toothed comb - a very little bit should push in front of comb. However the hair should not be over saturated. Excess solution should be combed out of the hair and removed.
Leave solution on the hair for 20 minutes
Blows-dry the hair 100% using medium heat. You may use brush to make it easier for the next step of flat ironing where you need to use small groups of hair , straight detangled hair makes it better and easier.
Using a flat iron at 435-450°F (it's about 220-232°C) to straighten the hair in combination with a Heat resistance comb. Starting at the nape, move the iron slowly from scalp to hair ends. Assuring the ends are smooth and straight. Go over the same section several times until there is almost no fumes (it may take 7-12 times depending on kind, condition of hair and part of head) sealing the keratin into the cuticle. Do not overdo since you can burn the hair use your senses it's very simple.
AFTER CARE: Wait overnight and wash your hair with our Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. That's it! Simply enjoy your healthy, shiny straight hair. People with very curly hair may not wash hair for 3 days, anyone who desires to stay with treatment for 3 days may do so, there is no harm
MAINTENANCE: Wash hair with: our moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to preserve your healthy and straight hair for longer period.
Our Moroccan oil is also a good choice, to preserve your treatment better and longer.

I'm looking into starting keratin treatments at my salon, it all looks, pretty straight forward what are the price ranges for this kind of treatment?? Where can I get these products from?
Would you suggest trimming the ends of your clients hair the day of this process b4 or right after this service? I know the cuticle must lock in the treatment but I've always been told the hair needs trimming after every chemical treatment and it seems as if the flat iron would cause a lot of damage to the ends during this service..

Does the hair have to be blow dried before flat ironing? ...or can you air dry it and then flat iron at 450?
Hi, I recently bought the whole keratin kit off of eBay. I did the treatment and washed it out yesterday. After that my hair turned out exactly the same as before doing the treatment. I don't know what to do. Can you help? I washed my hair three times with the clarifying shampoo and did everything in the instructions. Then I washed it yesterday with the sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. And now its frizzy and thick.
I would have tinted my model's hair one color before the keratin service. Otherwise very, very informative video. How much would one charge for such a service? What are the names of the irons that she uses?
I used to get Brazilian hair treatments all the time. I love getting them until smoothing therapy from Keratin Complex. Keratin treatments need to be taken seriously by professional salon stylists and if you want the best look, you need to go with a professional keratin hair products. It's funny that someone brought up that the Brazilian hair treatment started to feel like it was wearing off because that is exactly how I felt when I used other products and brands. They told me that I could use shampoo right away and that what I did because that's what they say you can do afterwards. Well, it certainly didn't feel like it. And I was so pissed because I spend so much money, time, effort to get this look. i went back and someone mentioned Keratin Complex. Yer, it takes a little longer and you have to wait three days, and its a little more expensive, BUT the LOOK you get is great! and worth the time and energy and money. The keratin treatment need to be done by professionals ladies.
