    Dear Suruchi, this epic journey which you have embarked on, has always been my dream. I have always wanted to go to Mustang, to the apple farms of marpha, and to the surrounding villages. Well maybe jomsom too if I'm lucky. For now, all I can say is thanks a lot Suruchi! I can live my dreams through these videos you made. You are doing a wonderful work. Keep it up! One day, post pandemic, I'm sure to visit these places.

      @suruchithapa  2 года назад +1

      Are you Indian?? Upper Mustang Permit cost for the Indian is the same as other foreign countries in terms of special permit. It starts from US$ 500 per person for the first 10 days and thereafter each extra day costs US$ 50 per person. 1 Guide is compulsory to get restricted area permit. And it can be acquired only through the registered local trekking agency of Nepal. Otherwise, it is not possible at all.
      If you want to go to Upper Mustang, you can choose our company.

    This is indeed a different country! Do non-Nepali still need the $500 permit to visit Upper Mustang? If yes, till which village can we travel without the permit? Is it till Kagbeni?

    • @suruchithapa
      @suruchithapa  7 месяцев назад

      Yes, non-nepali still need Special Area Permit of $500, for first 10 days, to go to Upper Mustang. Also, you need ACAP & TIMS as well. But, if you go till Muktinath, you don't need Special Area Permit, only ACAP of Rs. 3000 & TIMS of Rs. 2000. For SAARC Countries, Rs. 1000 for ACAP & TIMS.

    How much it cost total a car with food and lodge from pokhara ?

    • @suruchithapa
      @suruchithapa  Год назад

      It will take around NPR 15,000 per day. The total cost depends upon the number of days you'll spend. About food and lodge, you can calculate two to three thousand per day. The less you consume alcohol, the less the cost will be. If you are planning to go upper mustang in a group and want vehicle service then you can inquire me for the best rate since we have travel agency. Email: thapasuruchi6@gmail.com

    Hi suruchi pls tell me how long it will take to reach the muktinath temple from the starting point ? How much the distance is ? Planning to visit with my senior citizen parents thats why

    • @suruchithapa
      @suruchithapa  2 года назад

      Hello. If you start from Kathmandu, then it’s distance to Muktinath is 188 km by bus and the road distance is 370.5 km. It’s impossible to reach Muktinath in a day due to bad road condition. If you take a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, then it might be possible. Otherwise, you can only reach there in 2nd day. Talking about us, it took 13-14 hours to reach only upto the place named “Tatopani”, starting from Kathmandu. If you’re planning to go Muktinath and need vehicle service then you can contact me. If not, have a safe journey to Muktinath. 😊

    • @suruchithapa
      @suruchithapa  2 года назад

      @@rajdeepchoudhury vehicle can reach upto Muktinath area. And reaching a Muktinath temple is not much. May be around 10 walk(depends on how far your hotel is) and a 10 minute upstair. If you need jeep, I can provide you a number. If you need bus, then i have no idea about bus. May be you have to book online.
