It does enable a lot of low quality mixing. FL isn’t terribly hard once you learn it but really Bandlab isn’t terrible I think people are just coming up and learning the game.

as someone who has to use bandlab vs what i used to use (logic pro) vs what i’ve seen from fl, i can genuinely say that even tho my lyricism was worse when i first started my music at least sonically sounded better in speakers and headphones. Started Bandlab 5 years ago. Bandlab is Amazong if you know how to use it. It’s not the DAW, it’s the mic. They are artist not producers. They don’t care about vocal chains unfortunately.
As a person that used BandLab to create music, and trying too build off of it,the pool is so tough to swim out of when you’re trying to sound different from the rest, no hate on the people that blew up from BandLab but the underground community is stacked with BandLab artist that don’t really care about the art or their longevity
