Remember to dryfire as you would train at gym with sets n reps (5 x 20 reps) or tabata style with a timer and a on time or cool off time.(1min of dryfire and 30s rest x 10) Also I don't press the trigger during dryfire and it doesnt effect my shooting at all

Do you carry appendix or do you carry strong side? can you make a video showing a EDC setup because what you are wearing in this video doesn’t seem realistic for EDC, but the information you are teaching is very useful and greatly appreciated.

Practicing repeated dry trigger pulls or doubles on striker guns that don’t reset, what do you recommend to make sure you’re slapping the trigger like you really would with live reps?
