It's mad to think that I knew nothing about Raycast 6 months ago, and now I cannot imagine either my professional life or life outside of work without it. It's absolutely fantastic.
I have been an Alfred user for many years and have a Lifetime Powerpack License since I was one of the early users. But it was even surprising for me to switch to Raycast literally on the same day my friend recommended me to try it out. The extension system in Raycast is so amazing and I've already build my collection of script that make a huge difference in my productivity.
In another Raycast video with one of the founders, I saw that you guys built a plugin that uses AI to create email responses, using one of the configured templates. For example, a polite "no" response, or an offer to schedule time, etc. Do you have that plugin published? I just purchased the Raycast Pro with GPT-4, can't wait to supercharge my life 🎉
I see loads of ‘top Mac apps’ style videos and raycast removes the need for like 80% of the apps that get recommended. By far my favourite piece of software
I want to give you a suggestion. I went to raycast and I can't understand what you guys do in simple words. Ask AI to give you a two line but very descriptive text that explains what you guys do. I just couldn't understand by reading: Raycast is a blazingly fast, totally extendable launcher. It lets you complete tasks, calculate, share common links, and much more. What does it help me solve?
Would love if you could get some ios crossover as well so we can get stuff done on our phones on raycast, that’s connected to the MacBook too. for example if you need to check a quick command or something you can do it from your phone, or if you do something on raycast like set reminders, it’ll also be on your phone
in my experience, it usually responds in the language you gave it a prompt in, unless you explicitly ask it not to. so to get it to talk to you in german or french, just start a conversation in that language!

You need to be Pro to use any of the built-in AI features. But there are AI extensions in the store, which you can use by bringing your own key.
